My family came in to eat after shopping at Kohl’s and the food was great. Great staff and the food came out in under 10 minutes I’d say. We got birria tacos, a quesadilla and nachos. All very delicious!!

We stopped here for a quick bite. It was a good taco we got 2 steak 1 shredded chicken and 1 ground beef. The corn tortilla taste fresh made. The food was well seasoned and great portions. Plenty of flavor. The meat were juicy. An authentic street taco vibe.

I’ve tried Taco Guac a few times now, and the food has been okay overall. Their menu is large, with plenty of plate options and different types of tacos to choose from. I’ve ordered the Birria Tacos a couple of times, they’re decent but tend to be a bit dry. The chips and nacho cheese, however, are really good! If you’re looking for a simple, casual taco spot, this place does the job.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the taco guacamole restaurant. While I’ve been a regular customer and generally enjoyed the food, my last visit was unacceptable. I placed an order for four children, but thought I only received three meals. When I called back to resolve the issue, the staff member who was working around 8:00 PM was incredibly rude, a guy. He insisted that he had given me all the orders, citing the presence of cameras as proof. He also threatened to call the police if ai ever went back to the restaurant. I revised the order this morning and realized I did receive all four orders and not one, so I would like to apologize. I am sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding. However, that kind of behavior, from the staff member, is unprofessional and has completely soured my opinion of this restaurant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue with their staff.
I only gave 4 stars due to my experience last night, but this is still my go to restaurant, because it is close to home and my son enjoys their meals.

Absolutely horrible service. Walked in for my first time and the place looked good at first, no customers at the place thinking it would be great and fast service. As soon as we walked in the girl went to the back as to avoid us and I waited for more than 10 mins horrible

I’ve had many Mexican/ Tex Mexican places in my life, this by far maybe the worse one. I ordered a grilled chicken platter. It says rice beans and salad. Well, the “grilled chicken” if even grilled chicken was cut into tiny pieces, really chewy, certainly cheap and thrown on top of flavorless rice and black beans probably out of a Goya can and no tortillas. The salad was a pinch of lettuce with some chopped tomatoes on it. It was disgraceful and certainly a one time mistake. I would of probably been better going to chili’s across the parking lot. Do yourself a favor, go drive to the truck on brentwood road.
EDIT: after the store decided to write back to me, I’m a local guide with over 100 reviews… barley any negative… I didn’t recommend Chili’s, I said I would have been better off with their slop… I do recommend the taco truck on brentwood road by the sisters St Joseph… that’s proper Mexican tacos…

Used to be my #1 place for burrito BUT idk whoever is cooking or terrible customer service. They always mix up my orders I asked for no jalapeños and they put it or worse for pick up order is not what u order. Id not recommend the place at all.
