I guess I have to admit that Qdoba is not what it used to be. Sadly, Chipotle has taken over. I like Qdoba because of the flavor and the free guac and queso, but the flavor is not there anymore. It’s not even worth it to be cheap. I should have went with my first mind to go to Chipotle and not been cheap, but I’m glad to know that you’ll need to revamp some stuff or else it’ll be a thing of the past. There is literally nobody in there so the food is sitting for God knows how long, and it looks old because it hasn’t been touched frequently and replenished because there’s no business.

Went here tonight for their buy one get one offer and our hot and sweet chicken bowl had RAW chicken, not even a little undercooked… I know they were busy due to the promo but this is unacceptable and a serious food safety issue.

They never disappoint! The manager Terrance has the best customer service I’ve experienced from a food establishment in a long time! The food was fresh and hot as always and the other young ladies were amazing as well. A great manager makes a great staff!! Keep it up Qdoba!!!!!!!

Food is great, atmosphere clean, and service could be a little better. Workers always seem as if they do not want to be there. If you order a kids’ meal, the kid must be with you. Therefore, do not try to pick up dinner before you get home from work.

Yeah….this was really bad…. My bowl with extra chicken and extra rice almost had half portions of each. Shown next to a normal size nacho bowl with less ingredients.
Rice was so watered down, it’s probably the worst cooked rice I have ever had.
Guacamole missing from an owner. Probably blessing in disguise with how stale the chips were.
Additional customer service issues.
Chipotle down the street had a broken tortilla press a few months ago, but at least they can cook rice!

Most problems out of this location. Once my son had hair in his food, another time we order an impossible bowl and received a beef mini bowl with a label that stated the correct food it should have been, this time a damn razor blade. On our way home stopped by a train and started eating then discovers that. Turned around snd went back to store. They took all the food and threw it away. Each time they act like it’s no big deal and rolled their eyes at me. I’m lucky it was it was in my food and not my sons food. One woman came in for work and her hair wasn’t put up and in the food. They never take ownership of their actions. Didn’t want to tell me if they Were corporate or just a franchise. Location needs to be shut down or new management and stuff. Reported location to corporate.

What is going on with these employees?! They are openly rude an unaccommodating to customers. I watched one customer, who came in to pick up an online order, request a refund of an item because it wasn’t there. Staff said their were out of the soup. And no, he couldn’t have a refund because he’d already paid (isn’t that why you get a refund?). He rightly made the point that he didn’t get what he ordered and paid for. They basically told him tough. Talk to a manager. Then it was my turn. When the staff person put more than a cup of cheese on my order, I gasped and asked for it to be reduced. She was offended, rolled her eyes, scoop a small amount and snarkily asked if that was good enough. Then the next staff person asked if I’d like my order bagged. Yes, please. And she was angry that I took her up on the offer. All this crap service, and I’m asked to leave a tip! NOOOOOO! No tip for you! This isn’t the first time these two have provided rude service. Get new staff or loose customers.
