A decent location, although not many parking spots to use and then walk into the location. There’s 2 public doors on different sides of the building for customers to use. Takes a moment to have one of the workers come to interact with you; cause there isn’t a notification from either of the doors to inform them someone’s walked inside the location, but once you have someone help you, they’re very polite and not rude at all. The appetizers are fantastic from this location, but the pizzas themselves are just ok. The tomatoe sauce used is something to get used to. It’s just too sweet with a little bit of tang. The location is really appreciative of service members, I never even asked to see if they had a discount for service members, yet when I pulled out my card to pay, they halted me immediately and started to look for a discount to give me before I paid. They also surely love to groove at this location. When preparing the orders, they’re turning it up and just making it groovy inside, almost as if you just pulled up to a club.

Paid $23 for a large pepperoni and bacon pizza that was more like a large cheese pizza someone threw a small handful of toppings at from across the room. Some slices didn’t even have toppings at all. The fact someone saw this excuse for a pizza and thought it was good to send out says all I need to know about this place. Never ordering papa johns again.

I had a driver that called me because I put the wrong address and he delivered the food to me quick enough that it was still hot and warm. I tipped him online but I owe him a bigger one.

Long wait, burnt garlic knots, specialty pizza undercooked (I put it in oven at home), pepperoni cooked just fine. BOTH pizzas pretty much not sliced at all. ordered delivery. left 20% tip. $68 for 2 large pizzas & knots. Garlic sauce that came with pizza already smashed/ busted open, empty, and all over box when delivered. Glad we ordered extra sauce. If we relied on the one that comes with the food we would have been out of luck. I try not to be hard on people things happen, but I would say don’t waste the money here.

It’s right in the Middle of Minot easy to find, wasn’t to good ordering through the Tele communication person because they are not based there at the site of the store. It was like a speaker I could not understand, they couldn’t speak English to clear for me. Then my order was wrong instead of original they gave thin which seem like it folded into doe instead of crispy are a bit of supportive bread crust. They were great to get are order right and quick to get it to us as the say “the customer is always right,” and they abide by it and got me 3 thick crust in 10 minutes. Busy place good thing they have lots of workers. Look back breaking as they have to stand in there stationed areas for certain periods of time. They should get them rubber cushions in the serving areas to give them support and take pressure off there Standing postures.

I think one time the delivery was delayed but they sent a coupon through the mail for the mess up.
