My partner and I just went through the drive through a little while ago, between 1:00 PM-2:00 PM (12/20/24), and received wonderful service at the window from Izzy, who went above and beyond to make sure we and our pup Luna were treated well! Went there tonight 11/9/24 thru the drive thru my husband started to order a Texas whopper in a combo meal, boy asked us to hold on cause the system froze. When he was finally ready to take our order again he tried adding it to the person before us order. My husband told them that he didn’t order the one thing on there and the boy argued with him then finally fixed it. I ordered the mortichas kooky milk shake. We pulled up to the window and paid for our food. The food got done before the milk shake and then they didn’t even make it right. They only filled it half full mixed it then added something else to it and didn’t mix it after putting cookie in it. We told him all he needs to do is mix it up again and he told us that’s how it’s supposed to be and we told him we got one two weekends in a row from this same location and that they looked like the one in the picture. We asked for the manager and the manager on duty was even rude to us so my husband said I want a refund and the manager was rude about that and argued with us about how the shake was supposed to look. This is what our milk shakes looked like the other two weekends we stopped there.

Good for a quick, fast char broiled burger. I don’t know the name of the sweet lady who is always working the window at lunch time, but she always brightens my day and makes me laugh. She is probably what keeps bringing me back!

Kenley was so sweet and helped us fix our food order mix up (out fault, not burger kings) i forgot to add nuggets to my order and she helped us real fast. 10/10 would recommend. Food was hot and fresh 🙂 thank you

Extremely slow. It literally took 15 minutes to get through the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me. My 90 year old grandmother with dementia could make a whopper faster than the workers here.

If your people can not hear to get an order then close your doors! I just left after I ordered a classic melt and an in sweetened I Tea. I had to pull off an sit an wait. I was given a sweet ice tea I told the kid he said that’s all he had an closed the window! I was not happy! Then they bring me my order an it’s a crispy chicken! How the hell does that work? I took it back an asked for my money back! Oh an I won’t be back!

Hubby and I ordered some burgers, mine a Whopper Jr with cheese. I don’t know how long that bun had been around, but it was dang near like rubber and the chicken on his sandwich was tough and looked old. Do your employees even look at the food they’re putting together? Don’t know why I come back, there’s always a food quality issue here. We got it to go, and are on our way to a wedding. If we had time I would have returned and let them know.
