It’s sad to see how slow it was on Valentine’s Day when me and my husband came by for our valentines deal meal and it was so much better than the one closer to our home. We ordered over the app but as we sat and waited the vibes from who we can guess is the general manger and his crew and cooks they care about this store and their customers when they come in and we could take it in our food. Hot and fresh (sry little Caesar’s) we would make the trip back over here again next time we have a craving

This location does not pay attention to their orders. Ask for lettuce and you will get peppers. I noticed after I got home, of course, so I had to figure out something else eat instead of the burrito I was looking forward to.

Usually good service and not a long line. I ended up immediately sick after eating here and I’m confident it was something wrong with the food. I’ve been here a few times and this isn’t normally an issue but something was definitely wrong with the food on 11/3/25.

I would give this place 5 stars if the cashiers would stop telling me there’s a question before my credit card transaction. IT’S A TIP SCREEN, NOT A QUESTION. THERE IS NO QUESTION. IT ONLY SHOWS OPTIONS FOR TIPS. IT DOESNT ASK IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE A TIP. IT JUST HAS TIP AMOUNTS!
I would appreciate it if the cashiers would just have enough confidence to say there’s a tip screen if you’d like to include a tip or if you feel our service was great or we hooked you up on food please feel free to include a tip.
If you’re too ashamed or scared to be honest and have to lie about the tip screen being a question, I’m not going to provide a tip. I leave tips for cashiers that are honest and bold or don’t say anything about a non-existent question.
Corporate, please send out a mandate for all employees to stop this ridiculous behavior and just be up front about the tip screen, not a question. Aside from this one dumb behavior consistent at all qdobas, I’m a fan of the food.

I love QDoba. But todays food was plain disgusting. The worker tried to serve me leftover rice that’s been sitting out for hours. I told him I’d wait for a new batch. Then again the chicken was leftover for hours. I am disappointed and disgusted. The owner of this place needs to pay more attention to the service and quality. I asked for a little bit sauce and the workers kept dumping sauces carelessly.

Nancy was AMAZING!!! She took so much care & pride in her work, and she was super friendly & personable, as well. If she is any reflection of how this store operates, then this has to be the best Qdoba store in the nation!

Do not eat here. They are not sanitary. I literally watched a manager touch 4 tickets, the register and pick something up off the floor without changing their gloves, and start making ready to eat food. We immediately walked out and ate somewhere else.

Every time I order a pick-up from this place they mess my salad up. I always order a taco shell bowl, and never get it. The last time I went I checked before I left and it didn’t have one. I mentioned it to the staff and they put one in a paper bag and gave it to me… When I got home, the chick quesadilla I had barely had any chicken it in and didn’t have any cheese for pico.
