Went to through the driveway at 8:28pm. It says “sorry, we’re closed”.

Online it says they close at 9pm.
Door says they close at 9pm.
Door light says “OPEN”.

I parked and went inside. It is now 8:29pm.
We were told they threw away all the donuts and that if we “got there any earlier he would’ve stopped throwing away.”
Why would you not wait to throw them away at 9pm? Absolutely ridiculous. Drove to this location because it was open until 9pm… my son was so sad. They offered ice cream from their baskin Robbin’s part… but of course only a couple flavors available.

Cannot stand when people close half an hour before they’re supposed to. Both registers are being counted while we are in here and it is 8:40pm.

When we drove up to the window, we were greeted by a young girl who had started our order. A few moments later, a man came to the window, had questions about our order, and turned to question one of the employees who already had a handle on things. I have been coming to this location for over 10 years, and the workers have always been on top of things. Today, it was very apparent that he was in the way of the others who were working diligently to complete multiple orders. I appreciate his effort to help the others, but our donut order that he filled ended up being incorrect, and he was not promoting a supportive work environment. I will absolutely be back, but I encourage more support for and trust in the employees.

I recently stopped by this Dunkin’ Donuts and honestly had one of the most awkward, unwelcoming experiences I’ve had at a coffee chain in a while. I ordered a $6 meal deal and the employee first jokingly told me they were out, only to say he was just kidding. Then when I got to the window, he just said the price—$6.25—without any greeting. The whole interaction just felt like he really didn’t want to be there, and on top of that, my coffee order was wrong.

It seems from other reviews that this location might have a pattern of this kind of service. I get it—maybe it’s tough to find staff who are fully engaged, especially if the pay isn’t great. But I do wish the management would either find ways to improve the hiring process or just make sure the team understands the importance of a friendly customer interaction. Anyway, I hope they can step it up because I usually love Dunkin’ and would like to come back under better circumstances.

I haven’t been to Dunkin’ Donuts in a while because their cups always leak but I went today. I was asked for a tip and then drove off to find that my coffee was incorrect. Guess I won’t be going back. It’s frustrating To be asked for a tip and then realize your coffee is wrong after you drove off

I came here before I went to the park. Is huge! Really nice and just a great place all around. It has a lot of really cool, inventive furniture and decorations. The lights are shaped like Doughnuts! Really cute! There’s a great selecting here. It’s nice and clean and hardly any people. Very liberating. There’s a great view outside as well. It’s on a hill and you can see a great overview. It’s very peaceful. It’s joined with a 31 flavors. The girl that attended me was nice.

Went to grab a coffee today before I went to work and was literally handed a Luke warm coffee. The girl didn’t even care. Let’s take a little more pride in our customer service. The cup was cold so it was easy to tell that the coffee wasn’t even hot. Extremely disappointing.

I felt like DD gets a bad rap when it comes to and pastries so I decided to give them a chance after being a loyal KK customer for any years. I left disappointed. It tasted like it had been sitting for days and the chocolate on top had a weird after taste. One and done. Back to KK.

Usually a pretty top notch location, however sometimes they don’t have the blueberry glaze cake donuts and today the building was closed at 6:10PM despite having hours posted until 9PM. A little strange.

To the owner of this specific location, I understand help is hard to find. However, however, on a slow day like today on a lazy Sunday afternoon, I don’t think that everyone needs to be chatting it up with all of their friends while there are customers in the store. I give my order to the nice girl behind the counter, who has been working overtime, and order my two kolaches. She leaves, and then another girl has to complete my order, getting my iced tea while forgetting the kolaches. I take my order and leave and about a quarter of a mile away I turn around because who likes to eat cold food? I come back in the store and have to interrupt a conversation that they are having, to get my food remade. Even though my food gets remade, thinking that it has been remade not being cold, I leave the store. And halfway home, of course I have cold food. Instead of turning around a second time, I’ll just go home and heat it up and not come back. Lesson of the story is, your customers are your profit, pay attention to your customers.
