Stopped in for a pint on the way back from vacation. Really cool brewery in downtown Goldsboro. Love that they are re-purposing historic buildings. Nice walkable area of downtown. Mitch, our beer tender was fun to chat with and knowledgeable about the area and beer. Dog and kid friendly, with lot’s of open space and game room. Would like to come back and explore more.

Always a good time at brew works! They have a large selection of beer they brew in house and a large selection of guest taps. On Thursdays at 730 they have trivia night which always has a large turn out and is a bunch of fun!

My son and I try to stop in on Friday afternoons for a beer. They are super friendly behind the bar and we are always greeted when we come through the door. They get extra props for being pet friendly. There is a wonderful selection of beverages and we always leave happy. It’s my favorite place to stop either before or after walking around Center Street.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. We were to meet our son and fiancée at this establishment. We all traveled several hours to get there. My husband and I arrived first. After almost 20 minutes of NO response from the bartenders, we got up and left. We were not greeted or offered a bar menu. No words until we walked out. The place was not crowded… maybe 4 “regulars” at the bar. Horrible service. We were in town for the weekend and went elsewhere and I’m glad that we did!
