So I love Jersey mikes!! My favorite sub shop no doubt! Always praising their service and subs to be primo!! This time was different the service lacked horrible. I ordered my sub as always through the app. Didn’t arrive till 7 minutes after my sub should have been made. When I arrived for pick up I walked up to counter all 4 workers were just cleaning and some cooking. I stood there for over 7 minutes I counted while no one even acknowledged my presence in the store waiting to get my sub. It was very unprofessional and I was shocked even uncomfortable standing there trying to get someone attention was futile. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this type of behavior from staff.at JM Was bizarre as two other patrons in store waiting and no one’s hardly there so why no one making sandwiches in timely manner having to wait 30 minutes for sub TOO BAD THERES no MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Btw I nNEVER make reviews but this was ridiculous.

I went ahead and gave them a 2nd chance, but this time I ordered on line so that I can be sure there is ZERO miscommunication. Welll shocker, they still got it wrong. We ordered the same thing as the first time too. I ordered no Jalepenos one 1 and just regular mayo the other one was heavy mayo. Well guess what they put into the sandwich! You guessed it, Jalepenos on the one that specified none and heavy mayo on both sandwiches. I can’t eat spicy food, so needless to say I didn’t eat it. I’m done with them, I gave them a 2nd chance, they won’t get a 3rd.
The subs are great but they lack service. Ordered 2 philly cheesesteak subs and it took 30 minutes to get them. People who came after us had their subs made and out the door before us and we were dining in. I’m not talking about people who pre-ordered either.
Then when we got them, they were on the wrong bread, so they said they would remake them and it would take another 10 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say, I got a refund and walked out. I will never go there again. Two giant subs and two drinks $47. I spend half that at other places and get better service.

literally just picked up my sandwich and i’ve only been to jersey mikes twice in my life, and it was at this location. let me say the customer service is so great!! he asked how my holidays went and everything, and he was so kind. really wish i had gotten his name so i can put it in the review, but really great subs and great customer service. thank you!!!

Fresh food! First time at this location. Service was fast even with 2 people in front of me. Staff is friendly and smiling. Love when you go to a restaurant and feel the staff love their jobs! Will definitely be back.

Hit or miss service. I put a $3 tip on the online order and they missed the delivery time by 24 minutes. Not able to change a tip is a rip off.

We ordered it from DoorDash. We were so excited because we love Jersey mikes and we always go to the one in cypress gardens. The one in poinciana tasted really good, had fresh cheese, and the bread was warm & fresh when it arrived, we don’t live too far. The only thing is they skimp out on meat, cypress gardens gives way more meat so we usually eat one half and save the other for later. Here we ate both halves at once. Very tasty they just need to improve on adding as much meat as the other chains to make it worth the $.
