Came right before lunch restaurant was quiet. Service was prompt. Ordered from the gluten-free menu. We ordered a burger and steak tips. We were told that the food was cooked in a separate space in the kitchen to avoid contamination. The food was very good! Very impressed with their gluten-free menu and cooking style. We will be back!

Unfortunately inconsistent. I try hard to support local and I want to love them, but sigh… My first trip in was great and I was really happy with everything. My second trip in, my Buffalo Chicken Rolls were super burnt, almost black, with dried out and chewy filling. Everyone could see they were super burnt, including the server, who winced as my family members commented. I am not one to complain. I just sucked it up and made the best of the less than enjoyable appetizer. I do think it was pretty crazy that at least two employees saw fit to serve it that way, though. My experience was good again the third time. The 4th time I again had burnt appetizers out of the fryer. 5th and 6th experiences were takeout. The takeout soup is portioned very small, in my opinion. I ordered a “Bowl” and received a small paper cup that was not even full. I assumed this was just an accident and let it go without complaining. I ordered a “Bowl” a second time several weeks later (because the soup honestly does taste great). Well… I got the same small paper cup that wasn’t even full, again. This time, I pointed it out because it just seemed way small for the price. I was told this is intentional, not an error. What they are calling a “bowl” is what I would consider a “cup”. I understand that everything is shrinking and getting more expensive these days, but I won’t order this “bowl” again, as it is not enough for me to make a meal out of. It’s really just a few big spoonfuls.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while. Since I am sitting at my computer before I leave work, I decided to do so because my husband and I go to buddy brewsters every Friday night.

We love everything about this restaurant. Extremely nice atmosphere, amazing food (jumbo pretzel is our favorite and we get one to share as our appetizer). Drinks are delicious. Outstanding desserts (waitresses always brings to our table for a visual of what they have and once we see it, how can you say no).

We have had amazing waitresses. However, I (we) wanted to recognize one of your greeters. She is fantastic! I don’t think greeters get any recognition. This greeter is probably in her mid 40’s with cute short blonde hair. There is usually two. But she is our favorite. Not only does she seat us, but we observe her busing tables, sweeping the floor, and literally will take our empty plates away, she has answered questions that we have asked and gotten us refills. We are amazed of her work ethic. She is always very busy with a smile on her face.

This restaurant deserves more recognition!! Great food, great atmosphere, great staff, and very clean!!

Me and my boyfriend visited this place, along with his three younger siblings. Frankly, I had never been to a Buddy Brewster, but I always assumed it was just a bar-and-grill type of place. But surprisingly, it’s a family-oriented restaurant that serves lots of wings (and other meals) lol.

Anyway, we ordered a huge plate of wings, some fries with four-cheese sauce, and a serving of coconut shrimp. I’m not much of a wings person; I really only went for the kids haha. So even though I didn’t like the wings, that doesn’t mean they’re bad. It’s just about preference. As for the fries, I gorged myself on an entire plate. Those are some of the best fries I have ever tasted.

However, the coconut shrimp never came. That was okay, though. I know restaurants can get busy, so I understand things can get hectic. They decided to take the shrimp off the bill, since the dish never arrived at the table. While I am thankful for the free meal, it was not necessary :). The fries were more than enough, trust. But service was more incredibly kind and compassionate, so no complaints

I’ve been here twice and unintentionally had the same thing – I wanted to try the birria tacos to see how they hold up against buddy’s from Texas. They were out, no big deal. The all American burger is great. Just the right amount of crisp on the bun, pickles warmed just right, just the right amount of lettuce and the beef is cooked juicy and flavorful without even asking. I’ve had the fried pickles and firecracker shrimp too and both are great. The shrimp with a spicy Cajun seasoning and are served with a nice blackened ranch or something like that. Also the beer battered fries are great. Out waiter was great too – excellent service, very attentive and sociable. I hope to return.

Ordered pickup online. The hostess greeted me with a smile and was friendly. She promptly went to pick up my order to give to me. The issue came from when I ordered. There was a spot labeled Sides and then in parenthesis after it, it said sandwiches. So i took that as that was supposed to be if you were ordering a sandwich, in which case, I had not. Kind of disappointed when I had a chance to open my box and see that it was only the chicken tenders. The tenders were good, just wish I would have gotten my fries like I thought I was going to get. And the meal cost the same with or without the fries.

We don’t have one in PA, so we wanted to check this chain out. Reminds me of a Applesbees/Red Robin feel.

The food was delicious! We got the fried pickles, reuben, and the burger with the pulled pork on it.

It wasn’t busy when we went to dinner, however the service was slow. Wouldn’t stop us from going again!

The restaurant was nearly empty. Food presentation was nice but the food was not exceptional not worth returning for.
My youngest got a kids meal and they gave 2 crayons – a Grey one and a brown one. She looked at the crayons and at the placemat and asked how she was supposed to color out draw with them. Our waitress was amazing, timely, courtesy and went above expectation.

Absolutely terrible. On all ends. After a long doordash shift I decided to give thier steak a try, requested medium rare, and they unfortunately gave me blue rare, I tried it and instantly started to feel ill. The waitress was kind enough to heat the steak up more for me but she took my fries with her, and now they were cold. Lack of any season on the steak, and for 37$ including a 3$ tip because everyone deserves a little even for a bad job, this wasn’t worth it at all. Will never visit on my own behalf again, only doordash orders for now on. (You can see how pink it is, and how much of it i didn’t finish in the picture.) Ended up getting food posioning afterward and had to go home early to rest canceling my shift for the day despite it being busy.

I’ve never had a bad meal or service here. Their Philly Cheesesteak Pasta and Buffalo Chicken Macaroni & Cheese are our favorites. Forgot to snap a picture of dessert – the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie is the BEST if you have room for it after your meal.
