I ordered chicken 65 for takeaway and also said spicy. But what came shocked me. That chicken was just chicken with no taste at all. No spice, no salt nothing. Very disappointed.
I dont know about other food but the chicken 65 was the worst.

Got Rasmalai from here on Christmas day. It had gone bad. Had a bit and it was disgusting. Curdled and sour.

What a fantastic restaurant, we needed a last minute table for 25 people and they hosted us! The quality of the food was also A1. Probably some of the best Butter Chickens I’ve ever tasted. I recommend the (Butter Naan Masala)
The staff were amazing! Manpreet,Divya and Shan were amazing. Shoutout to the chef Naresh who cooked up a storm! Absolutely fantastic food.
The atmosphere was unmatched! We ended up having a dance battle with the table next to us, which was really fun.

We should have stopped at the starters, as they were surprisingly good. Both the dahi kebab and chilli chicken didn’t look appealing when served, as little effort was made in presentation, but they tasted great, and I was pleasantly impressed.
However, the veg thali and the Purani Dilli butter chicken were disappointing. The veg thali included daal makhani and a paneer dish, both of which were overly creamy. No flavours at all just had cream.
I had hoped the Purani Dilli-style butter chicken would be a more authentic version, but to my dismay, it was even sweeter and creamier than the standard version—completely off-putting.
I might return to try other dishes, but so far, their curries have failed to impress due to the overwhelming use of cream.

We have ordered here twice in the last week. Both times they left something off the order. The first time was Raita and Roti, the second time they gave us 1 and a half naan instead of two and no garlic naan.
It astounds me that they cant just check the order before it goes out. We are travelling from interstate but come to Victoria regularly and will definitely be looking for somewhere different next time where we might actually recieve our whole order.

Bit disappointed with the amount of chicken in the butter chicken, considering its a butter chicken factory.
The taste is ok, but I wouldn’t say its the best I’ve had. And the parking situation is not their fault, but it is an absolute joke at dinner time.

Butter chicken factory has very nice Indian food, I have had recently the butter chicken with naan and Rogan Josh and the flavour of the fennel is great! Butter chicken factory is very much worth the price as there food is expert made and they sell great sweets too!
