I did not want to give any stars but I was forced to, in order to leave a comment. This is a picture of the steak and cheese I ordered today from the D’angelos in Falmouth Mass, on 9/27/19. I not only got raw onions in my sandwich but the cheese was slapped on and not mixed on the grill top like it should be.
I understand it was busy when I went in, there was a “Now hiring” notice on the counter, so I get they were short staffed. However, the quality should NEVER suffer because of low staff. I never write reviews but for this I had to.
I would have waited an extra 15 minutes if my sandwich would have come out the way it was supposed to.

Hadn’t been to D’angelos in years because the quality had slipped and that’s being kind. Stopped in a few days ago on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent, fresh and tasty. The Tuna sub reminded me of long ago when I was a frequent customer. My buddy got a veggie sub that he said was excellent. Friendly service and clean environment were a plus. Will definitely return! Good job!!

Classic spot, yummy sandwiches, very clean environment, and a super friendly staff! Our last trip, the cashier Isabella was such a sweetheart, and she was extremely accommodating!! Above & beyond in the simplest yet most appreciated ways. Like any other place, the sandwich is in the hands of the maker…but, we always return!! Awesome menu selection & the service in Falmouth is truly topnotch! Great deals & people, especially consistently, make for a great experience every time. 🙂 🙂 🙂

I was very pleased to stop by D’Angelo today. I visit with my family every year for the past few years. The staff has been pleasant every time. Today was even better than previously. The staff was extra welcoming and entertained my children as they waited for their meal. The food was amazing. My wife and I had the steak #9 and the kids had some cold cuts. I can’t wait to visit here again!

AMAZING!!! Go there every day almost for Thanksgiving sammich!! The manager Marcello is very nice, Friendly, professional, always remembers my name and has my food ready on time every time. Dawn has made my food a few times too, she’s so great! One of my favorite peeps there! Everyone is so nice, love this place!! Hubby got a fat belly now!

From the minute we walked in, we were treated very well. It was very clean and the customer service was top-notch. We love the Thanksgiving sub and usually get it on our way back to Maryland. While we were waiting for our sandwiches, we took notice of the manager. He helped prepare and approved all of the sandwiches. He complimented his staff on a job well done and made sure the customers were also greeted. Great job!

Nice new location D’Angelos now connected to Papa Ginos so a wider variety of food choices, Place looks clean and the staff were courteous and quick. My only gripe and it’s not even a big one was that they didn’t have the price for a single slice up, I probably didn’t need a slice after crushing my sub, and was too lazy to ask on my way out. But all in all would definitely return.

Better selection of sandwiches, the management is everything. Very very kind and courteous and outgoing. Couldn’t pick a great group of employees though. Check this out I want that exact team there next week when I go get a sandwich. The whole team was great but Keisha I think was a bit greater.

I stopped in to pick up a sub on my way home tonight& when I walked in, I was greeted right away. Jason was very polite and welcoming and even asked how my day was. I had such a wonderful experience and they were very prompt with my sub as well. When I got home and ate my sub (steak and cheese with tomato, pickle and mayo), it was delicious! I will definitely go back again.
