Got a Philly cheese steak and goodness it was gross. It was so salty, I had to throw away half of it. The meat was really low quality and the fact that I spent $40 bucks on two sandwichs, 1 bag of chips, and drink is insane. I .might try a different sandwich in the future, but I can go to subway, get a sandwich I know I’ll like and pay half the price. Or can got to firehouse and get an amazing sandwich for close to the same price as here.

Last night, I was craving a sandwich and I decided on Which Which. I hadn’t been there in over a year and now I remember why. It’s a good thing I did not take a bite of my sandwich before looking. After seeing a little green on it, I turned it over, the bread was full of mold. The place is dirty and not clean and after I posted it on Facebook apparently I’m not the only one with these concerns and they are losing a lot of business because everybody has the same concerns.

First time at this establishment and franchise, store was empty, many items out of stock so the sandwich I landed on wasn’t even true to description as I had to chose other meats just to make it a sandwich, out of fries. The lemonade machines weren’t circulating. Still gave a shot and paid 11 dollars for a sandwich that wasn’t what I wanted. It’s an overpriced subway with same quality of meat. Store owner should have shut for the day or did what needed to be done to have inventory. Won’t be going back to this location or any which which. Save money and go to subway or just make a sandwich at home.

Which Wich is located in a very nice strip mall/shopping center along Coors. The exterior and interior are clean and inviting. I was immediately greeted by smiling, friendly staff who explained the unique ordering process. You put your name on a card, check the sandwich and other food items you want, then pay at the register. No cash taken or exchanged here – debit/ credit cards only. I ordered the “grinder “ cold, fries, and a drink. The sandwich was delicious with crisp, fresh veggies, tangy vinegar, flavorful meats and quality bread that doesn’t leave you feeling bloated. The fries were also tasty. Be sure to ask for some ranch dipping sauce. Yum.

Super nice staff. They were very helpful. We took the food to go. Got the salads which were okay. 🙂 We will try it again. They have low carb and gluten free options which was great. Walking distance to La Cumbre on the westside which is great. Order on the app and sign up for rewards on the app. 🙂

Buns not toasted and saggy, I called the store after placing order online and mentioned if the could extra toasted. Food arrived extremely cold, literally had to throw the saggy buns, find some in my home, toast them and heat up the meat… I guess this is what happens for not cooking myself

The food was decent. Low quality sandwich products but if you weren’t concerned with eating fast processed food, the sandwich was pretty good. Nothing special.
The service however, is what brought me to write this review. You have to grab a very dirty permanent marker and write out your own order, then give the paper to the employee who very un-enthusiastically punches in the order just to mess it up in the end.
Apparently you’re supposed to tip the employee who is having a “not to be disturbed” conversation with the other employee in addition to you writing down your own order, and then after about 15 minutes of their very important conversation, where your sandwich is sitting at the end of the conveyor belt oven, they call your name to pick up your cold sandwich rather than walking a few steps to bring you your sandwich.
I’d suggest a training program for employees to educate them on customer satisfaction, as well as a positive attitude when in the work environment.
