Visited last night while staying at the hotel attached. I could not have been more pleased. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and got a table. My server, Kelly, was very welcoming with a smile on her face which I loved. I got the Tucson Salmon with a side salad, garlic bread and it was phenomenal. What I really thought was great is the manager came by to see how I was enjoying my meal. Throughout my travels that doesn’t happen often like it use too so I appreciate that hospitality. I will definitely 100% be back when I’m back in town. Also would like to mention the atmosphere for evening dining was on point.

Had a tasty lunch to day. Hadn’t been here for over 5 years, kept forgetting about it! (Shame on me). Lots of excellent food on the menu. The burger and fries were a really large portion, so half of it came home with me for supper. Really nice looking place inside, nice seating, too. Folks that work there are friendly and helpful. I’m looking forward to my next trip to try something different!

Looking for a place close to the campus and hospital with clean quiet surroundings that has a plethora of parking then this is the place to come and cheer “The Hawks” on to victory. Plenty of wide screen TVs indoor and on an outdoor patio. The food is your usual reasonable bar type food with a little twist of freshness. The staff is friendly and the crowd has that neighbor vibe.

I went here for breakfast after an early morning appointment and was disappointed. There was no one to greet me. It took 10 mins to find anyone to assist myself +1 and another couple that was also waiting. I ordered 2 eggs over easy with fried potatoes, sausage, and toast. The eggs had runny white part so not completely done the right way the fried potatoes looked and tasted like square French fries, and the sausage tasted like small polish sausage. Definitely not what I was expecting. So I will not be returning obviously.

My husband and I had the chicken tenders and fries. The fries tasted like they were saturated in a heavy oil, and the tenders weren’t much better. The tenders were covered in a breading more than a batter, which obviously changed the consistency and texture.
Unfortunately, our overall experience was not a favorable one, and the heavyset bartender who waited on us was anything but hospitable. He took our order and never checked on us again.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Twelve01 Kitchen and Tap! I’m staying at the Hampton Inn, which is conveniently connected to the restaurant, and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to grab a bite and unwind.
The food is phenomenal, with the nachos being an absolute must-try—they’re loaded with flavor, perfectly crispy, and generously topped. Everything I ordered was fresh, delicious, and made with care.
Pro tip: If you’re also staying at the Hampton Inn, call in your order over the phone, then head to the bar and see Kelly. She’s such a warm and friendly bartender who will take great care of you and make sure you have an amazing experience.

What a hidden treasure! We almost didn’t eat here because I assumed it wouldn’t be good, but we were tired and staying in the Hampton Inn, so we gave in. Holy moly!! Best meal I’ve had in a LONG time!! The salmon was cooked absolutely perfect, and being from the Pacific Northwest where we are spoiled with good salmon, that is a huge compliment!! The potatoes were SO tasty, and even the broccoli in garlic butter was amazing. I asked for a side of the pineapple sweet pepper cream sauce to go with the salmon and that put it so on a whole other level of goodness. Kelly was incredible! If I lived near Coralville I’d want to be her friend for sure. My husband had the boneless hot wings and a side salad that was all very good. Fresh chicken not frozen nuggets. Perfect amount of heat. We will definitely be back when we are traveling their way!

Amazing steak, best I’ve had in years, was not expecting this beside a motel. The Holiday Inn manager was so nice and then the food so good at this restaurant that I’ll add this stop on all my cross country trips. Service was not great that night, maybe not their fault as understaffed so made them unhappy.
Everyone else arriving at bar started to worry as it took a while to get drinks etc. but when the food arrived ALL were so impressed they ordered take out for the next day.
So maybe just get take out if its one of those nights.

The place was empty of customers, and staff. I eventually located a worker and was seated. I ordered chicken strips or something similar off the Bennigan’s menu. The reason I came to this restaurant is due to the fact that they advertise that they serve Bennigan’s food. The food was fresh and hot. The taste was about what any hotel restaurant would be. The staff was great.

The walleye was choice. Good fries as well. Beer was cold and great. The service was everutbing one could ask for while traveling. The Hawktoberfest was wonderful. Highly recommend.
