We stopped by here for a quick dinner a couple nights ago and Richard was the very kind cashier and our server! He greeted us when we entered, took our order and even wished us a good night when we left. Perfect customer service!! We both ordered the creamy cheddar Mac & cheese (formerly the Wisconsin Mac) and it was delicious, creamy and filled us both up! We ordered the regular size and had just enough for leftovers the next day! We always add some chicken protein to make it extra filling too.

I honestly as a parent knowing my children walk there for lunch and feel so safe and knowing that the place is clean handled well and they always do their utmost to make people happy it’s a great environment and I’m very thankful for it. It might not be the drive in and so-called make out points but it’s safe and again as a parent really appreciate it also the new chili garlic ramen is amazing they really have a really great crew.

I’m a resident in the neighborhood and I always come in. But on Oct-28 around 7:45pm the night crew seem really focus on closing the kitchen then taking my order up front. So I left and had to go eat somewhere else. Definitely a one ⭐️ for service and atmosphere.

The only decent thing I could say about my experience was the service. Service was nice. Food was AWFUL! Noodles way over cooked and lacked anything ordered in my dish. The store itself was so incredibly dirty I ate outside in 100 degree weather. The soda machine was COVERED in gunk and visible sticky residue. The floor had not been cleaned it quite some time as I could see food all over the floor. And the tables were never bused and cleaned off. Every single table in the store was covered in crumbs and sticky residue

It’s not enough food. I don’t understand why there’s no large and I would bet that the calorie counts are a lie, perhaps outdated, because the regular sizes feel quite small.

I ordered three kids meals, never received the rice crispy for the side but did receive an abundance of broccoli (wish I dont mind but not what I ordered). I also ordered a chicken noodle soup as a meal, the grilled chicken was not cooked fully. The side was a cesar salad with no dressing. Its sad to say but Noodles and Company is losing its touch and its taste.
