I’ve been going to Promise Thai for years, and their chicken fried rice is hands-down my favorite. I’ve tried many other places over the years, but nothing comes close. The flavors are clean and simple, and the chicken is always soft and tender — never dry or rubbery like at other restaurants. This is the only place I trust for fried rice done right!

I called the restaurant about the situation and they asked me to bring the food back for them to look at it and the lady owner (chef) kept saying I’m lying and she won’t steal from the customer they did take the food back threw it and refunded the money. But the lady kept yelling even from the kitchen.
Don’t get deceived by the ratings of this restaurant – I don’t even know how they are still in business. I ordered drunken noodles and green curry both chicken medium hot for $34.83 they are bland and the quantity for the price is not adequate. And there was little to no chicken in either of the dishes.

An exceptional Thai food restaurant of Wichita, on Webb Road and on the north side of Kellogg. For my first visit here, I was served by the nicest and most polite gentleman, which made my lunch extremely pleasant. I went with one of my favorite dishes, Pad Thai, and it had a savory and flavorful sauce, with loads of tender chicken and fresh sprouts. However, if ordering this Pad Thai again, I would request a lot more scallions and for the crushed peanuts be served on top since they are very fine here. The meal did conclude well with more kind service and a complimentary piece of delicious chocolate. With the comfortable setting in the dining area, the warming service from the staff, and overall satisfying food, I can recommend Promise and will certainly return to discover a five-star dish on the menu.

What a gem! Cutest little old couple run it, cook, serve etc. they take the utmost care to your needs. My husband had the chicken pad Thai, he said it was great, we had spring rolls and yellow curry tofu, which were both good! Super clean restaurant

We got spring rolls and pad thai with chicken, the spring rolls went well with the side sauce but I wish they had more veggies. The pad thai was delicious as well!

Customer service is over the top and food is really good! Thai tea is a must try. I got their Spicy Chicken Fried Rice. They had added condiments appropriately to get the spicy Thai taste. It was so good! Will be going back.
