We usually like papa’s pizza BUT this Hickory location was a disappointment. Ordered a veggie Pizza but when I opened it there were very very few veggies just cheese, disappointed.. I had ask about specials and was told they are only on the app, not in store . But it was the pizza that really disappointed me , village inn has way better and besides it’s closer to me. They manager seemed to have a little attitude when I had ask about specials . I guess I’ll take my money and business to other places in Hickory in which there are many of. Look at the pictures and see if it looks like a veggie . .

Pizza’s pretty good. In my opinion, not as good as Pizza Hut, better than Dominos or Little Caesars. You get what you pay for, essentially.
Be warned, the coupon codes they send in the mail will NOT work if you order over the phone. For customers that cannot or prefer not to order through an app, this is disappointing.

Domino’s pizza North Center Street Hickory NC absolutely refuses to deliver pizza to any predominantly black neighborhood. It gets dark at 5:30pm now, it’s pathetic, and disgraceful. I stopped eating there for years over this exact reason, my kids were asking for Domino’s specifically for some odd reason so I tried ordering online and the POS website would not work properly so we called in to order and everything was fine. The gentleman called back 15 minutes later saying they cannot deliver specifically because there is a low income neighborhood over a mile down the road. I live in a $260k fenced in home directly across from a public library and gym. I will never ever spend my money with this POS racist company again.

The pizza was fresh even after it took us a good 40-40 minutes to get it. The toppings were plenty and the restaurant was clean. Everyone was working hard which honestly can’t say about all papa johns restaurants. Will definitely be back!

I’m sorry but what……. My pizza was dry. And so thin . No crust. Crust wasn’t even the crust anymore nearly any topping. These are two topping order pizza for all …. There was barely anything on them idk who made it but they really don’t care. i was eating cardboard pizza ive had papa John’s before and i know their pizza is not this booty but uhm don’t waste your time… never again.

Placed my order at 11:10 pm on Halloween after looking up and making sure they close at midnight. Plenty of time for them to cancel and let me take my business elsewhere. If its busy, cancel SOONER, NOT 7 MINUTES BEFORE EVERYONE CLOSES ON A FRIDAY EXCEPT BARS.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered to the Oncology center where I receive chemotherapy. After confirming the address would display the correct location (and entrance) I left detailed drop off instructions in the appropriate box.
After payment was processed online and the screen loaded the Papa Tracker I was informed that my order was now being delivered by DoorDash with no option to change or cancel. I was given the driver’s (Fanny) phone number and I texted them the info in the delivery instructions; that I was at the Oncology Center receiving chemo and one of the staff would collect the order and bring it to me. Fanny did not respond. Fanny delivered my order to a building a ¼ mile down the road and I only discovered their mistake when the staff there called me directly. Fanny did not respond to my texts informing them of their mistake and I *only* received my pizza because one of the nurses here at my Oncologist’s office took the time out of their busy day to collect the order as I had an IV in me and could not physically move.
Dealing with cancer has been a harrowing experience and I’m incredibly embarrassed that I was put in this position.

I’m a uber driver and Uber sends me a order to pick up. This place don’t close until 12 midnight and they say they are closed. I just drove 15 miles and lost $24.00 in payment for delivery. Hope someone going to reimburse me.

Ordered a pizza on the mobile app paid $18 for it and I get home to a saucer size hole in the middle of the pizza with no toppings on it. just plain crust who speed rushes the topping process and how did any of the employees not catch this? And I received it cold as well. And it’s supposed to be a cheese pizza.
