This is a little gem of a restaurant. I have eaten there twice and both meals were on point. The seating is very limited to about 5 tables, but the food is excellent! The fully dressed shrimp poboy was very good and the bread was fresh. I also had the shrimp stuffed bell pepper with Mac and cheese, green beans and cornbread. [ ] It is a no brainer if your in the area.

I stopped in here on my way to run a work errand because I was really craving Fried shrimp. I ordered the shrimp plate and added a side salad. What I got was the shrimp plate with no fries, subbed a side salad. The shrimp and their tarter sauce was delicious. The side salad consisted of wilted / brown iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. Nothing else. I was pretty bummed about that and not getting my fries. The plate lunch of 10 fried shrimp and a pile of wilted lettuce was not worth $18. If I didn’t have to head back to work in Baton Rouge, I would have spoken to the manager and tried to find some resolve.

Ordered dinner to go tonight and it was delicious. Got the crawfish ettouffee with the fried fish and they put paper to separate the fish so it didn’t get soggy . All the food was amazing and ready in 15 minutes. Scrumptious, homemade food, fast and reasonably priced?? Yes please, I’ll definitely be ordering again.

The food was delicious especially the fried fish and white beans with cornbread. The dining area was clean but the atmosphere was off because the employees were talking loud about personal affairs and one was on the phone walking back and forth talking to a family member while we were trying to enjoy our meal. Great food but employees need to work on customer service skills…..

We got the CK Smash Burgers with Pepperjack Cheese & Over-Easy Eggs, comes with seasoned fries… BEST BURGER EVER!!! Everything was so fresh and cooked when I ordered! The staff was very friendly, including the hostess, Paige! 5 STARS, guys!!! This is my new favorite place!!!
