I just wanted to show everyone how poorly night shift is at this fast food joint, this is not once but the 2nd time I have had issues coming here after I get off of work. The first time I ever stopped by here after work my quesadilla was cold and the cheese wasn’t even properly melted. Please Taco Bell and the workers who work there tell me how I am supposed to eat my taco when it looks like this out of the package!!

This has to be the worse Taco Bell in existence. I waited 15 minutes for my order in the Drive thru. Two people came and checked on me. One asked for payment again. They other told me they must have forgotten about my order. While they made 3 door dash orders. There was a line of 6 cars behind me waiting. After 18 minutes I juat asked for my money back. That was a challenge for them too.

My order is always wrong when I come to this location, but It’s the closest to home. Last time coming. The order took 30 minutes for a drive thru order. Waited patiently in the car and after I received it I checked the order. And the 5-layer burrito was bitten. Immediately went inside and showed an employee and the reply was that they didn’t bite it either. I’m Assuming that the order went to the wrong customer and it was returned without realizing the food was touched.
Afterwards the same employee continued to assist and check the rest of the order with used gloves and preceded to poke around the food and make a mess on the counter, did not bother to even re-wrap the food and said it was correct. They re-made the burrito and went on to say that the free cinnamon twists were a courtesy for the wait. The cinnamon twist were thrown inside the bag all over the rest of the food. At that point it was hopeless to even express any concern. Unprofessional and highly disappointed that this new location has poor customer service.

Do not order delievery from this tacobell. Even in the app the manager Melvin or who ever he is says he can refuse any other and doesn’t care. This is sad for a place to be managed like this. Do better taco bell… Reporting with dd also.

But I do know that this Taco Bell has the Mexican Pizza! That may not be a big deal around here, but I came from Arizona and they haven’t had Mexican Pizza’s in 10 years… “sold out” they always say…

I can say out of all the Taco Bell’s I have been to these people have been the most disrespectful. We told the dude he needs to work on being professional. We walked in and went to the stand, where it was not busy at all. He told us to go to the stand and place our order because they do not do cards. Then they proceed to sit in the back and just laugh at us and not do their job. Not to mention got our order wrong. It was not busy what so ever and they just talked on the mics about us and laughed. Need to shut down this store before they ruin the whole brand. Also after we placed our order and asked for our drink cups they said we couldn’t have them until our food was out.

One of the worst taco-bell food I ever had, very low quality food, bad customer service , 2nd time trying this taco bell location, 1st time was really bad too but I did’nt wanna leave a review cause I thought they just opened and thought give them another try, but it’s getting worse, I won’t not recommend this location, I mean don’t take my word for it , try it out if you want, just don’t expect any good food from this location.won’t try them anymore. Update, Tried Again. This Taco Bell could not get an order right if it was the only order they had all day!!!
OMG UPDATE #2 My wife went back and they still failed to get the order right.
No meat on the burrito! The 1st one was a 5 Layer.
