We stopped into Frogs BBQ and were seriously impressed! It’s a small, diner-style spot with indoor seating. The chicken and ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious, and the brisket sandwich was packed with flavor. Super clean, great service — Ryan (with the cowboy hat) was awesome and clearly loves what he does. My husband said he’d eat here weekly if we lived nearby. Don’t miss this place if you’re in the area!

We went because the site said it was still open online however when we got there…ghost town. My mom grew up eating here so i was hoping to see if they had any kind of merch or even a menu I could bring home but…nothing was open.

Dry, flavorless meat and slaw. Beans were ok. Tasted like they were the last scrape from a big old pot. Didnt like the sauces either. Disappointed because I want to support local but now I understand why I never see anyone there.

The Frog Pad has been there for many years. They don’t seem to care about how it looks on the outside. We had pulled pork sandwich,it was good. It came with two spoon fulls of beans or fries or coleslaw. The place is quaint not fancy in any way.Could use a little cleaning on windows, treatments

Established in 1941, I have had the pleasure of enjoying many a meal at Frogs for over 50 years of my life. In that time, the ownership has changed, and the building has changed, but the unique taste and distinctful flavors have remained the same. Tonight, like I have so often, I ordered the BBQ sandwich, and as always, it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The sandwich was definitely the star of the show with its tender and juicy pulled pork drenched in the unique sweet and tangy barbecue sauce. The sandwich was cooked to perfection and really hit the spot! The restaurant’s atmosphere might leave something to be desired but make no mistake, this is the best BBQ around. If you are looking for a delicious and unique barbecue experience, give Frog’s Bar-B-Q Pad a try. Savor the flavor!

The restaurant was clean and the service was very nice. Food wasn’t anything special and tasted store bought; not in a good way. There isn’t much else in the little town to eat, I suppose so I won’t “yuck” the locals’ “yum”….it just wasn’t for me.

One of the best hole-in-the-wall, local BBQ joins around!
I’ve been going to Frog’s for about 20 years now and (thankfully) not much has changed over time. The lunch special is the way to go – get yourself a pork sandwich, fries and sweet tea and you’ll be all set. Just make sure to choose your favorite sauce. The hot is really good without being too hot.
Expect a bit of a wait, especially if you go during peak hours, but it’s definitely worth a few extra minutes. There’s a small seating area to sit if you’re dining in, but not a whole lot of room in there.

Stopped in today after church and we are so glad we did. We love supporting local and the food was wonderful. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather.

This is the first time I’ve been to Frogs since the new owners took over. We did have a pretty large group and of course the service was friendly, but with three people it seemed a little slow.
The inside has been redone, and looks very nice, but seating seems to be wasted space with tables against the wall, so you’re only sitting on one side of the tables and it’s hard to talk to people.
The food is still good… the only remark I will make is the meat is chopped, not pulled, and I would rather have pulled with more sauce on/in it.
Overall though… our large party enjoyed the food and the polite service, and I am sure some who live in the area and did not know Frogs was there, will be back!
