I visited this Legends location tonight for the first time. The gentleman at the register was so nice and gave excellent customer service. It didn’t take long for my food to come out and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the 3 wings and waffle, and when I tell you it was perfection!!!! I also ordered wing zings (but I’ll talk about those on another date). I was already full from the other items I ordered. The chicken was well seasoned and crispy like someone’s grandma dipped it in the perfect amount of egg and can we talk about the fluffiness of the waffle!!! I also grabbed a large half and half and it completed my meal. I was thoroughly pleased at the cleanliness of the establishment as well. I cut my waffle in half which is what is pictured with my chicken. I’ll definitely be back as long as the food and customer service is this good.

I have been giving them chances because the fried chicken is good and cheaper than Popeyes. But first they kept forgetting parts of my combo and I’d leave and go home and boom something missing. This time I ordered something new. The buffalo chicken sub looks NOTHING like that picture on the menu ITS NOT SHREDDED AT ALL it’s big chunks of chicken. IT WAS VERY SLOPPY , barely BARELY any ranch dressing you could barely see it, SOGGY BREAD before I even reached 2 mins away from the store. THEN BBQ was added on my BUFFALO sauce made it even more nasty. I NEVER asked for BBQ on BUFFALO. AND TOMATOES EW, I am officially done being a customer I will take my money elsewhere where people actually care how your food looks and how it’s prepared. IF YOU GET IT REQUEST SAUCE ON THE SIDE !!! All I did was give my husband his half SAUCE WAS EVERYWHERE I needed 8 napkins just to clean my hands smh HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and never returning. TOO MANY MISTAKES FOR ME.

The food is tasty. I’ve tried chicken & waffles, and whiting & fish with fries. The food is seasoned, and that’s a +. You can’t dine in. I’m not sure if you can call in your order.

I called to place a breakfast order. The gentleman tells me they can’t take my order because they have a large order for chicken. Very disappointing, to say the least. Customers are not served because you have a large chicken order.

This was my first time eating here. I was reluctant to order because I’ve never seen any customers in here but I was hungry. The chicken was undercooked and not seasoned well. The waffle was a little soggy but the half and half was pretty good.
