I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a Dunkin Donuts. Ari, my barista, was amazing. My drink was delicious and she was just so friendly and had such amazing customer service skills. I can’t wait to come back.

I loveeee the girls up here! They’re all sweet and kind.
The only thing I will say – every time I order bagel minis, they’re way too overheated which causes the cream cheese to curdle & the bacon is almost always undercooked. Other than that, my coffee is always great and the customer service never fails.

I am truly disappointed to have noticed that the night shift has recently begun claiming they shut down the ovens as early as 8:30 PM, stating that it takes nearly an hour to restart them and that no more food can be made. I know this is untrue, as on one occasion an employee told me this over the intercom, yet I received my food within 3–4 minutes. Another employee even admitted, “He lied—it only takes about two minutes to boot back up.” It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable to repeatedly experience this kind of dishonesty from the night

I just bought a meal and 2 donuts. I guess hashbrowns, you only get 6 small pieces. I one back to ask for a water for my kids and they wanted a $1 for something places give for free. I guess I’m going to be sticking to places like Chick-fil-A for breakfast when they give you water at no charge. Ridiculous. Never coming back.
Also the ketchup packet holder was sticky and disgusting. Looks like something exploded in there and was never cleaned.

This place can never get my coffee right. I order it the same every time but it is never made the same. They either make it too sweet or not sweet at all. Very rarely is my coffee actually worth drinking the entire cup.

So I’m sitting in the parking lot after just going into DD. whomever owns this place needs a new manager. The young woman Kaci acts as if she hates her job. We stood there for about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. They only had a small selection of doughnuts and when I asked for change to tip the employees the manager rolled her eyes, shook her head no, and then walked away. The GM just walked outside to my car to try to explain why she wouldn’t give me change. It isn’t about the change it’s about the experience. I have been coming to this place since it opened and only 1 time has it ever been a good experience. I usually wait until I’m out of jesup to visit a DD because of this issue. It’s sad to see I’m not the only one who feels this way. You guys need to do better. With all that being said the guy who actually served us was pleasant. He was nice, respectful, and made great drinks.

**Update: I go most mornings before work to get me my iced latte. I will say, my experiences here have been nothing short of amazing. The staff always do their best and have provided excellent service and quality food and drinks. The manager is always finding ways to be involved in the community and works to address any issues that arise. I applaud this food establishment for going the extra mile to strive for success!**
While I usually have a good experience here, today I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. Upon pick-up, I was given my drinks and food and she said have a nice day. I was short a bagel with cream cheese and notified the drive-through person. Her response was that they were out of my bagel. Hmmm… no problem, however, notify me so I can request an alternative. Their thought was to just not include it and keep it on my receipt that shows I was charged for it. Next time, I recommend a little more communication and saying, “We are out of this type of bagel can I replace it with _, _, or -?” This is way more professional than just not including it and expecting me to drive off not noticing initially stealing my money. #justsaying
I understand being busy, but lacks of communication with the intent to take money for the business without being truthful upfront is appalling.

Waited 26 minutes in the drive thru for 2 drinks, a donut, and hasbrowns. The ice had already melted from how long they took to give us our drinks and the hashbrowns were legit still frozen, I just didn’t have enough time to go in and get it fixed because of how long I had already been there.

I live in Hinesville, but come here quite often due to my doctor being in Jesup. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns this morning, and both were nasty. Turkey was slightly cold on my sandwich, and the hashbrowns was mushy. I just ended up eating the biscuit with some jelly.
