A very clean KFC in Mountain city Tennessee. The staff was very friendly, and the food was better prepared than any other Kentucky fried chicken I have been before. The KFC is just off the road with a very large parking place convenient to eat your food.

Stopped in for a 8 pc meal, paid and then told it would be 18-20 min. Had a seat, was offered a free drink. That was at 8:32. Waited until 9:05 and asked about status of our order, told it would be another 10 min. Decided to get a refund and left. Not sure if they forgot the order or what happened but I’m in no hurry to go back there now. Sorry Mountain City KFC- you got a Failure tonight.

The manager on 6/5 @ approximately 12 noon made my visit very unpleasant. Went to pick up an online order, and it is supposed to be in the warmer up front so that customers can pick up their online orders and leave without any interaction with staff. She had it sitting behind the counter, getting cold and started saying things about policy this and policy that. She is a 13hr employee having a power trip. LOL. It’s policy to have it in the warmer so that customers can pick it up without any hassle. She needs to be educated and sent back to 12hr LMAO. Pathetic. Will not be coming back. Overpriced anyways.

This location was awesome! I seen a difference in this place compared to other locations. They served me well. The food was very good and very hot. I got the 35.00 fill up. I asked for plates and plastic silverware and they done a good job with supplying me everything I asked for and didn’t hold back. I have gone to other places and have ask for extra supplies and they always try to give me the least they can. I have to set there and keep explaining I bought a big family meal , I need more than just one plate. So I really appreciated this place . They acted like real good human beings that cared. If your looking for friendly service, good hot meals, and nice caring workers stop by this location. I really liked this KFC.
