I get the people make mistakes but when you call in. To talk to someone about your order not being right. I asked what the pizzas were supposed to be. The lady i talked told me exactly what i ordered. I said they didn’t put the extra sauce on the one and the left off the garlic crust. She just said i am sorry about that. I placed an order for delivery today and when the man came in he threw in pizza into our hands and said tip on card or cash? nothing else said and demands a tip. Awful service. Tipping is optional btw. we did tip but it felt very forced even tho we planned on tipping out of the goodness of our heart. Honestly felt so disrespected especially when it’s literally your job. Pizza was good but horrible service and will not be ordering again!!!

This place needs to be reported to the AZ health department by all of us ordering food from here, that actually go inside and see how filthy these people are, and how disgustingly filthy they handle the foods they are preparing for us to eat!! Watch how they “DO NOT EVER WASH THEIR HANDS” They scratch their face then put toppings on your foods!! They are the rudest people I have ever encountered in this town!! They are the filthiest people and filthiest place in Cottonwood Az!! We love the Domino’s in Camp Verde, they are the kindest people, and the cleanest restaurant in town!! They actually wash their hands constantly after touching anything in the store besides foods.

My husband and I tried asking for a refund because we wait well over an hour for our pizza to be delivered but it was completely wrong.
Then she asked us to put then wrong pizza back outside
And get the correct delivery. The 2nd time he came by it was WRONG again.
She tried to refuse to give us a refund but then went silent and said okay I canceled it.
Then I asked her for a confirmation or something and she hung up on us.
Tried to call back but REFUSED to answer the store phone.
We will be contacting the owners or the franchise of it.

I had one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had at a dominos today! Thanks to the person who made it – looked she was working solo and made my order perfectly and promptly still, I had earned a half price coupon and I felt like I got a excellent quality and had to share!

I’ve mostly had good experiences with this location. The only thing that’s been wrong so far is this specific pizza. Looks like it got a little burnt but not really an issue since they give you an option for 20% off your next order or a free pizza. (Slice was not already taken out) It’s nice that Domino’s immediately offers that choice when reporting something wrong. Kaylah is a very friendly driver, I like her! Can’t say much for others I’ve interacted with thus far.
