Chic-fil-A is a heavenly place! Really, it’s one of the best chickens I’ve ever had, especially with their famous Chic-fil-A sauce. Try their nuggets with the Chic-fil-A sauce and you won’t ever go back. It doesn’t even compare to the stuff you get from Burger King or McDonald’s. Chic-fil-A is definitely in a class of its own. Their sandwiches and other items are good as well, but nothing beats the nuggets with Chic-fil-A sauce combo.

I usually enjoy Chick-Fil-A, but I have to address an ongoing issue at this location that might seem petty but is far from it. About three weeks ago, I spoke to a manager regarding one of the employees adding too much salt to the fries. At the time, it seemed like a quick fix after bringing it to the manager’s attention. However, every time I order my meals, the excessive amount of salt used on the fries is unreal.
This isn’t just a minor inconvenience; it poses serious health risks, such as high blood pressure and other related issues. Despite repeatedly speaking to the manager, who always apologizes, the problem has never been corrected.
I hope this review brings attention to the matter and prompts a lasting solution. Consistency in food quality is crucial, and I believe this can be easily resolved with proper oversight.

We stopped here to get take out on our way back to Pennsylvania from North Carolina. Immediately upon entering we were greeted by an employee named Andrea who was a pleasure to speak with about our order. She could tell we were still deciding what to order and said ” You take your time and let me know when you’re ready.” I had some questions which she promptly answered with a smile. This was such a change because in these current times so many people aren’t very pleasant. She made the extra effort to bring our food to the table we were waiting at even though we were doing takeout. The food was hot and delicious especially the spicy chicken sandwich meal ! Definitely a home run!! Restaurant was clean.

Always a great experience. Even when lines are wrapped around the building, the lines move quickly. The staff is always friendly, even when they appear rushed. When it comes to customer service, there is no one better. All of the businesses around here should model their training after Chick-Fil-A.
