I went for some food today & as i got to second window a girl was very unprofessional and rude when i asked for sauces and she gave me an attitude didn’t even say hi, goodmorning or thank you, rolled her eyes because i nicely asked for my missing sauce packets. Had to go back in drive thru and asked for her name, Maya is the name given. Train your workers better please, to act professional and act like that they want to be there. Never going back to this place

Man why do you guys have to be this way?
I always like to order through the mobile app because of its purpose, convenience.
I placed an order today and requested on the customization option extra pickles for my big mac, me thinking like maybe 6 pickles max, like they have many a time before today. They gave me, yes I counted them because I was in such disbelief, 30 pickles!! Like what is the need for that? I took out about 20ish of them nd kept the rest!
Why give the option to add or subtract or change a food option if you’re going to retaliate and ruin something someone else
paid for? Extremely unnecessary and very disappointing. I was sad to see my food when I opened the box.
Maybe this person thought they were being generous to a fellow pickle lover but man over 30 was too much my guy!
Update: 12/6/24. Last time visiting this location. I don’t understand why they keep doing this everytime I ordered extra pickles on a big mac. Why do you offer the option if you’re going to pull the crap you do? I again asked for extra pickles today and I got a big mac with absolutely no pickles. I don’t get why. The hell is your guy’s problem, i believe at this point it is absolutely on purpose. I was already home by the time I saw it. Don’t go here. Make the drive to the one on the other side of town. This one really sucks man. I kept giving them a chance but I’m done. No consistency.

So at this location all they have is the screens to order.. so no more human interaction anymore. The next is the food that I had was all cold like it was sitting there for a while. And the last is there’s no more fountain drink station, so you can’t refill your drink.. and when I asked for a refill I was told that they don’t do that anymore..
There are better places to spend my money.

I guess I need to start opening up the packages now to make sure thats what I ordered before I leave the drive through.

Low rating of this MCD location because it has no fountain drinks that you can get by yourself or mix as you like (ie no way to do light ice the way you prefer, no way to mix sweet tea with unsweetened to the ratio you personally prefer, etc…). No $5 or $6 mini meal deals like all other McDonald’s (not available on kiosk at all). Breakfast ends at 10am not 11am like some mcd. Small play area.
