If you are looking for the smallest “wings” (or rather – cubes) for the price of a regular order, this is the right place. When I came to pick up my online order, I opened the box to count the wings because I had received fewer wings than I initially ordered before, so now I check before I leave. There were only 11, so I asked for the 12th one. They gave it to me suspiciously fast. (I honestly think maybe they dropped one and then when I came to claim the 12th one they fished it out of the trash can?) The employee or the manager apologized and offered me veggies for the inconvenience.

When I came home, my partner noticed the wings themselves were unusually small. Some of them were almost cube size and quite miniature. i compared photos of my previous orders and agreed that they are significantly smaller in size. Driving back was not an option for me, plus what would they do? Give me normal size wings? Why wouldn’t they give it to me in the first place?
I contacted the customer service describing my experience and they send me a “sorry” email and a survey where I had to repeat what I already wrote in the first email.

This is our go to for family dinner! Being a family of 6, we don’t eat out much. When we did, B-Dubs was our favorite spot. We order from her often and everytime our food is perfect! I believe one time they didn’t give us all the correct sauces, but we managed!
Employees are always nice and helpful too, which I love.

I recently placed an online order for $114.43, 50 minutes in advance, including a 15% tip.

Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized my fries and three sauces (Blazin Knockout and Wild) were missing. Although the food was hot and the vegetables were fresh, the experience was disappointing.

Additionally, I had to wait longer than expected, and no contact number was on the receipt to address the issue. Despite the clean dining area, there was a pile of trash outside the door, which was off-putting.

I wouldn’t say I like writing reviews like this, but when my hard-earned money is being spent on a service that is expected, I would like to get at least what I paid for.

If you order online, be prepared to wait a while and thoroughly check your order before leaving.

I ordered delivery from the App. When it was delivered, the tater tots that I paid more for, instead of fries was not in the bag. When I called the store, I spoke to 2 different people. The second person told me the driver stole them. The drivers are known to take food. I found that answer to be presumptuous. I then asked why they didn’t add more tape if they knew this was a known issues. I asked about how I could get a refund and she hung up on me. I wasn’t not being rude. I tried to call the store back and the didn’t not pick up. This was at the Lakewood location. I then called another location, they were very understanding, took my information to give to a manager. I will also be putting my response in their survey. There was no initials on the slip to make sure it had been checked and a single sticker in the middle of the bag for a large food order. If the answer of the employee is to hang up on the customer because they made an error in double checking the food order before letting it leave the store, then management is doing a poor job in training their employees.

I came here around 11:10 am . So a little after opening . I Ordered 2 sets of 15 for 15 bogo so total of 60 wings . One of the male co workers was being very rude to the cashier lady while she was finishing up my order up on the computer. Saying to hurry up , they got lots of stuff to do . Then the computer had a malfunction while I try to order a 3rd order of 6 bogo 6 so 12 pieces , and he made a comment saying “I should order on the phone instead of in person because “he has lots of stuff to do“ which is ridiculous because this is his job . While another male co worker apologize was being way more understanding of the situation. Would definitely not come here again due to the service I received.

Their names are Dominique and Torren. These two were Phenomenal. Dominique was friendly and even offered us deals on wings we didnt even know about! Torren was fast and accommodating. The food was amazing. 10/10 recommend

We’ve tried giving this location a try so many time because it’s close to home. However, this was our last try. Everytime we go. We aren’t ever greeted, everyone is high, food taste like it was fried in old oil, sauces are always missed. This round we paid for ranch and when we went back in they said o we’re out. Umm then offer an alternative. All in all, this place needs work. Customer lost.

Update:They messed up on the wings also…How? Was supposed to be garlic parm and it was a spicy sauce….and it was cold….Ya’ll don’t go here!

We ordered three items to be picked up. 10 boneless wings with medium sauce, and 2 classic crispy wraps with no sauce. The website said that the order would be ready by 7:30pm.

We double checked the order before placing it, NO SAUCE was stated in the order.

My order was ready 10 minutes after the time they said it would be ready.
When I walked in to pick up my order- there was nobody at the counter, so I walked and grabbed my bag. The ticket on the bag clearly stated NO SAUCE. 20 minutes later when I got home, I opened the bag to give the wraps to my children, and BOTH of the wraps had sauce on them, sauce that’s too spicy for young children. So since their dinner was messed up, I had to spend more money and order a pizza for them since I didn’t have anything prepared for dinner.

I also tried calling them when I got home to discuss my order, I was on the phone for 15 minutes and nobody picked up.

Bottom line, I wouldn’t order from BDUBS to go.
