Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. Every time I go down to the Cullman location the staff are absolutely fantastic.
I drive 18 miles to get my peanut butter crunch blender coffee and it’s definitely worth the drive.
Not sure on her name, but the lady that served me on the morning of 8/21 was absolutely fantastic with getting my order and getting me a gift card.

This was my third time to Scooters because I do not have one within 50 miles of my house. I went yesterday July 14 2025. The service was excellent. They were prompt and super nice. I ordered a cinnamon cold brew. I do not know what kind of cinnamon Scooters uses but being a huge fan of cinnamon is was the best I’ve ever had. The drink was absolutely perfect and smooth. I wish I could get one close by my house but then I would need a second job.

Ordered a large ice coffee the other night. Three young teens working. Told them it was my first experience there. Coffee was good but they didn’t offer sweetener and didn’t know it came unsweetened. Came back around and asked for sweetener. They were rude. So I back into a parking space to chat on my phone and a young teen passes by with a strongly rude voice and says THIS IS EMPLOYEE PARKING ONLY. All they had to do was be kind with a good tone of voice and act as if they had customer service skills. Paying for a $5 coffee ISN’T WORTH IT when the people give horrible customer service!!!

I went to Scooters for the 1st time today, and I was definitely impressed!! I got a medium blender and it was the size of a large at Starbucks. The drink was way better than Starbucks too! I got a turkey sausage sandwich, and it was still a little cold, so I just heated it up once I got home..and it was good! I tried the Caramelicious Muffin and it was delicious!! I will be going to Scooters instead of Starbucks from now on. Oh, and the girls working were so sweet!!

Scooter’s cinnamon rolls are the BEST!!! Lately tho, the quality seems to be slippin. I have been enjoying them for a year for breakfast but the past few weeks I have received a couple that had nearly no icing. Today the bottom. Was covered in burnt cheese. You know I’m coming back! But I was sad and wanted to bring it to someone’s attention. Love yall.
