Honestly I went here to meet a buddy and I was a bit suspicious since how good can Mexican food be in the mountains. Well this place proved me wrong.

First off it comes with complimentary chips and salsa which is getting rarer these days, especially in this part of the country and while they’re nothing to walk home about they are solid. And I can’t complain about free, the border enchiladas were good and filling but lacking as much seasoning as I expect from Mexican food. It maybe because of what I ordered but they were rather plain (but still good but not great)

Now the pineapple jalapeño margarita was good. But the local secret which my homie showed me is that you can just get a straight shooter or sipper of the jalapeño/piña infused tequila and that’s delicious. Would definitely recommend getting the shooter of the infused tequila.

Overall food was good but there’s definitely a mountain tax in regard to price. Would come here again and the atmosphere and employees were great. Give it a try, while it won’t blow your mind I don’t think it’ll let you down either!

Stopped in for lunch after 1. Wasn’t very busy since the lunch crowd was over. The people who work here are very friendly. Tables are always clean and so is the dining areas. The decorum is nicely themed of Mexican decor and colors. The seats are comfortable and a variety of seating is available such as tables , booths , booths for a crowd , or you can sit at the bar. There’s a large selection of choices on their menu. Their menu is nicely organized with pictures so it’s easier to make your selection. They also have a wide selection of beverages to choose from. The service is always friendly. The people here take care of all the customers as a whole so service is very attentive , quick and reliable. You will not go unnoticed . The food is served quickly and is very abundant. Everything I’ve ordered here fills up the plate or platter bc the portions that is served are generous. You will find this restaurant on the top left part of the multi business building from the highway view , so drive around back so it’s closer to the entrance and you can walk right in at the end on the right. They also have a 2 part lunch menu that serves til 3 pm.

Nice atmosphere, great staff. the food was… okay. My burrito was TINY. It was smaller than what you see on most kids menus. The Rellanos were ok. Not great. Not the best green chili. No spice. We had quite the spread at our table, and while there were no complaints, it also didn’t knock anyone off of their feet. We did show up at a sort of odd time of the afternoon. After lunch, but before dinner. Maybe if we were there during dinner or lunch it would have been better? The food had the feeling that it had been in a warmer or something. Maybe our timing was wrong?

Ate there today but had a few issues. The man at the front didn’t understand english so please work on that. The waitress we had did have the same issue. Might need to work on being able to speak english to the paying customers. I’m Mexican and that’s definitely an issue. Learn english so your customers know you care to give excellent customer service!!!!
Your red sauce on the fajitas was not good at all!! The flour tortillas needed to be cooked longer. Hopefully this will help you to improve to provide better food and customer service.

I’m used to Tex-Mex food so probably unfair to rate them. The food is usually good- the table salsa is always tasty. My burrito was good, too much rice, though. I don’t understand why so many restaurants put rice in their burritos. I wish they had more vegetarian options. Overall decent. The singer (entertainment) was doing 90s songs (think grunge era) and it just seemed weird for a Mexican restaurant. He was good, it was just weird.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Conifer! The food is consistent in quality and filling, and you know you will always get a great meal. The staff is so kind, and the atmosphere makes it feel like your one of the family. We have a very chatty kiddo and they always engage with them. Their piña coladas are so tasty! Will continue to regularly come back!

We love 3 Victoria’s. The food is consistently above average, and the service is always exceptional. The fajitas are delicious and come with all the fixings in a very generous portion. We’ve also enjoyed burritos, tacos, and tamales, all authentic and oversized. Don’t miss the pineapple jalapeño margarita; it’s the perfect blend of spicy, tangy, and sweet. Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Conifer and beyond!

Food was OK, but we won’t be going back. Unpleasant experience. We went for lunch and I had the Enchiladas 3 Victoria, which is 1 chicken mole enchilada, 1 shredded beef with cheese, and 1 ground beef with green chili sauce. The chicken mole was good, the shredded beef with cheese sauce was pretty good, I didn’t care for the ground beef enchilada with green chile sauce as the ground beef was greasy and had the sandy texture of tiny grains of meat in liquid that sort of reminded me of the pate style cat food I give to my cat, if you know what I mean. My husband had a chicken dish and thought it was OK. He had churros for dessert. The service was fine. But the food isn’t why we won’t go back. I had 2 house margaritas and my husband, who doesn’t drink alcohol (designated driver in our family), had coffee. The total lunch bill was $78. Fine. But when I looked at the check, there was a $3 “open food” charge added. I thought that was odd, so I asked what that was for and the server took it to the manager who explained that my husband had requested extra coffee creamers with his coffee. He had a total of 10 creamers with his $6 coffee and a refill and that exceeded their 4 creams per coffee maximum so they up-charged $3 for the extra creamers. Yes, that’s my issue. It’s a small thing, but after 2 house Margaritas, I didn’t appreciate the surcharge on a $75 lunch for 2, or the manager’s attitude when I asked what the charge was for. He told me if we couldn’t afford a $3 charge, we shouldn’t eat out. Yep, that did it. We ended a OK decent lunch with an exceptionally unpleasant feeling toward the restaurant and outright anger toward the manager for that comment. So, we will not be going back. There are literally hundreds of other Mexican restaurants in the Denver area. I don’t expect this review to impact anyone’s opinion, but at least you will know that there is a charge for extra creamers – remember, maximum 4 per coffee people, lol.

We had not been in since the change to 3 Victoria. It was really good! The food was top notch, great service, and they had live music. Definitely adding to the rotation.

Absolutely loved this place! I had the chicken fajitas and my husband got the Mexican trio—both were packed with flavor and the portions were huge. Prices are super reasonable for how much food you get.

The staff was awesome, really friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. We finished off with the churros and wow… they were spectacular! Crispy, sweet, and the perfect ending to our meal.

Definitely recommend if you’re craving delicious Mexican food!
