This was my second time at The Next Pour! Cute little spot in Canyon Lake. Rob was our server for the second time, he was great! He took his time telling us about new items on the menu, changes that have been made since opening, and gave his personal recommendations. Was very tentive and provided great service both times.
The brick oven pizza is amazing, the Bruschetta is our favorite! Definitely recommend

My husband and I used to go there in the beginning when the guy chef was there! He was amazing and very welcoming. I ordered delivery and my food didn’t come, so I called and the owner said it was delivered to the wrong person. She had it remade and it was horrible quality, like they quickly whipped it together. I went back to dine in a couple weeks later and my husband was disappointed with the short rib. When we first started coming here the short rib was out of this world flavored with an Asian essence. But now it’s bland. My husband knew right away there was a different chef and sure enough there was! I was soo sad when I found out the chef left. He was truly amazing and the food was top notch. According to the new chef, they didn’t leave any recipes for her and she is not that familiar with Asian and Mediterranean infused dishes. Good luck Next Pour, hope your food gets better.

Sliders with mushroom/Swiss was perfectly cooked. The pizzas here are super fresh and the crust is done right. Most “brick oven” places either undercook their dough or leave too much flour on there. Super duper clean kitchen and the staff are always friendly, keep up the good work!

My husband got the a pizza said the crust was really thin no sauce and the worst pizza he has ever had. He thought the crust tasted like a frozen crust, plus it was really expensive
