This business has no idea how to conduct themselves. This review is based on my latest visit. Though many were like this in the past. This evening, I asked for a lightly cooked cheese pizza. (Their suggestion) I received well done not burnt but well done. I called to rectify the situation and was told to order it “half cooked” now or don’t eat there at all. Very rude! This is unacceptable and certainly not called for. Why would you run your business like this?
I’m not picky, I just don’t want a pizza that is burned and 60% black cheese. But, honestly to be treated like that, is not ok and warrants this review.

It’s always clean, and everyone is friendly! The food is amazing! I did have a pizza that wasn’t cut properly, but not a huge deal! Food is still amazing.

Update: called the store and was offered a credit for the stickers, it felt that every excuse was used but no accountability. I wanted to return the cold meal but they were closing. Will not be back, unfortunately there’s only 3 pizza shops in town so time to pick a different one
The ordering of take out shouldn’t be this hard. The nice ladies who took my order and payment did an excellent job, however management and the kitchen cooks had issues trying to expo orders. When I was given the wrong order I was questioned on what was wrong, I had to ask the front cashier what our ticket number was since they didn’t take my name on order. They didn’t communicate how long the remake would be until they saw me playing on my phone with a box of pizza in my other hand. The manager chastised the cashiers for taking the order with my number instead of the person who packaged/expo the order. I’m 20 minutes past expected pickup and 10 minutes past them placing in my remake. Much to be desired for service. Breading for cheesestix is undercooked and the pizza sat with me while I waited for the remake instead of on the oven or under a heat lamp. Sad

Great pizza option in the area. They have gluten free crust which is fantastic. Fantastic pizza sauce and cheese. Gluten-filled pizza is great too. Grilled chicken salad is simple and cooked well. Potato wedges (we get without cheese) are great and so are the mozzarella sticks.

I feel bad for Village Pizza my husband went to get our and it wasn’t ready. He paid for it, but didn’t wait for it to be cooked.He came back with no pizza! Maybe a rebate or free pizza would be good. I still like the place, just my impatient husband!

The staff was quick, and friendly. The prices were good. The restaurant was clean. They were super busy all 3 times I have been in there so obviously the food is great!!! Great food selections. I will continue to return. I just moved to Vermont in August and I have found my new favorite pizza place!

The pizza was outstanding. The subtle spicing of the sauce set it above others but the crust was one of the best I’ve ever had. Tender, crispy and evenly browned with no black areas. I highly recommend.

Always plenty of food never leave hungry. My chef salad only had ham in it so I kind of wondered what happened to the salami. Call your order in ahead and it will be ready. Very nice staff

Nice establishment. The two young woman taking orders were patient but efficient. The food was delivered quickly and was hot. The dining room is small but clean and they had outside seating that was not being used. During my visit at least 60% of the orders were take out.
