This place doesn’t give refund or redo food that they messed up in the first place. The birria pizza was burnt at the bottom the meat was dry and the top shell was very very soggy like they halfway dip it in sauce and threw it in a plate. If I could give them a negative zero I would. Will not be eating at that location again.

Btw this is a good truck that parks at the Techron. It look about 15 mins for our tacos because they just opened. Birra tacos were good and I’d get them again.

I love the tacos. I can’t eat spicy food so the tacos can be hard to eat sometimes, but then there is the incredible Philly cheese steak. That thing is HUGE and absolutely delicious! Definitely have to stop if you see the red trailer in the parking lot.

I have been looking for a good, authentic Mexican food truck ever since I moved to the Tuscaloosa area in January. I discovered this place just the other day, and I have to say, the birria tacos that I got here were the best I’ve ever had anywhere! They came with a huge cup of the Consommé soup, which was also delicious! The people working at this food truck were very nice, and the service was quick! You could see them preparing everything and cooking the food in the truck, so you know the food is fresh and made on site. If you’re looking for the best authentic Mexican food in Tuscaloosa, be sure to check this place out! I will definitely be trying other menu items in the near future.
