Just went thru the drive thru and am very unpleased I had them make my daughters ice cream twice the first time it was stopped in the cup and vanilla instead of chocolate. The second time it was made better but still not chocolate ice cream we won’t be returning!

Went thru the drive thru late this morning. Ordered 2 small shakes, 2 hot dog combos. Pulled up to window, waited about 10 minutes and was handed a bag and told everything was in there.

Was a very humid night and VERY busy. Line wrapped around Dtw and people out front as well. The staff looked to be all young adults and even though they were very busy remained calm and pleasant to all the guests! And our ice cream was delicious as always!

Bad experience this time. We waited forever in the drive through so when I finally got my blizzard I didn’t even look at it until a few miles down the road. I should’ve taken a picture because it was about 1/2 to 2/3 full. On top of that it was purely vanilla soft serve in the top half of the ice cream, and the bottom was all of the mix-ins for my blizzard clumped together.

Lots of foot traffic in peak season so be cautious. Usually they re pretty quick, the chilli dogs are stacked, and they re nice enough workers. The people that drive through here don’t understand the concept of moving forward once there’s room, it drives me crazy. The line would move faster if it wasn’t for them.

Garbage. Ordered a small berry cheesecake blizzard, I asked and paid for extra cheesecake because that’s the only way you actually taste the cheesecake….what I got =
The cup was only 2/3 full right from the get go….maybe 4 Pieces of cheesecake and perhaps 3 berries mixed in. The blizzard wasn’t even mixed properly either as the bottom 2/3’s of the cup was plain vanilla soft serve. Total rip off.
I basically paid $5.25 for a cup of plain ice cream. I’m just gonna get a pint of Ben and Jerry’s next time I’m craving ice cream.

Since when did Dairy Queen get so chintzy with the ice cream? Service was great. Ordered the triple brownie deluxe. Brownie was fine, where the hell was the ice cream. Was there some sort of national ice cream shortage I haven’t heard about? Be awhile before I go back to that shop.
