I see that some of the reviews recently have been bad regarding toppings and quality of the pizza. I just want to say that last night I got the most fantastic pizza I have ever had in my entire life, so I think that perhaps the Pizza Hut location has listened to the complaints and improved their pizza. I did pay for extra toppings, but even with extra toppings in the past I have never gotten this much toppings. My daughter said she had to eat it with a spoon. I will make absolutely certain that I do all of my ordering from this location in the future, and I recommend it to anyone and everyone who is looking for an incredible Pizza.

Many of my reviews are critical, but in this case, I just felt like saying the staff members at this location Pizza Hut are so pleasant. I can just tell the quality of the staff is at a higher level than that of other chains, and that reason alone would be enough to order from there. And/but the pizza is very good.

Not very impressed with them. We’ve had some problems with our orders and the food quality has been marginal. The last pizza we ordered just a week ago had crust that was overdone to the point that it was burnt. It was a thin crust. We’ll probably not go back to that particular location.

I placed an order on March 12th. It looked like it was vomited on. I called to get a refund. I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to get it back on my credit card or they could give me a $20 pizza hut credit for future orders. I chose the $20 option. I called today to place an order. I was told I had no credit on my account. I was transferred to the manager on duty, Tyler. He requested the name of the person that helped me 3 weeks ago and to bring in my receipt in order up get my refund. I explained to Tyler that I shouldn’t have to go through obstacles to get my money back especially if I’m the victim of their error. Yet I received no customer service or reasonable resolution. I will be disputing the transaction through my credit card company.

I tried to dodge the horrible location on Fort Apache. Figured I would give this location a crack. Saw the Detroit Pizza with sauce on top on a commercial. I guess they ran out of sauce. Didn’t do any modifications on the order but they still messed it up. That helped solidify me eating at chain pizzas joints moving forward. Pizza with no sauce is horrible.

terrible place!! It’s the fourth time I’ve gone to buy from this place and my food is ALWAYS reheated, my cheese bread this time was worse than ever, it was super hard and dry!!! I don’t recommend it!!!

I see a lot of complaints about Pizza Hut. I normally don’t order from them but I thought I’d try it out. First off as huge TMNT fan since I was a kid I love the pizza box. I got the cheese and mushroom pizza and it did not disappoint. The only thing that could have been better is a little more char and crisp on the crust. It had good cheese pull and the sauce was solid. Oh and I got it with extra cheese so twice as nice. Overall it was a good pie for the first time I’ve ever ordered from Pizza Hut. And it’s not pizza time without your four friends
