Well it’s time to cancel this restaurant right along with Chipotle because I just paid $11.45 ( just the wrap) basically for a wrap full of lettuce with one thin slice of meat you can’t even barely see it. These places are getting absolutely ridiculous.There is no meat on these sandwiches. This is just as bad as chipotle.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The employee named Shawn was extremely rude and condescending to us. When we politely asked if our son’s sandwich could be warmed up, he responded curtly with, “The answer is no,” in a very disrespectful tone. My husband even tried to clarify, but Shawn’s attitude remained unnecessarily rude.
This type of customer service is completely unacceptable—especially when we are paying customers simply asking a reasonable question. Based on this experience, I would not recommend anyone visit this location. The employees here clearly need immediate customer relations training to learn how to speak respectfully to customers.

Tim did an excellent job delivering my latest order. He has delivered to me before. He is an outstanding representative of the company. Jimmy John’s should retain and promote people like him. The food was great and the service was good as it always is. That store is well-run. I appreciate all they do.

Tim my delivery guy was freaky freaky fast! I ordered a hot sub and could feel the heat through the bag. He followed my delivery instructions and brought my order to the fourth floor as requested! Mark also gave me a call to let me know he was coming off the elevator. Excellent job and thank you.

Josie J is easily one of the best delivery guys out on the streets, doing the lords work. He’s always super speedy with it and shows up with amazing energy.
