A local family runs a BBQ business in South Bend, IN it was started by doing fundraisers for the church they attended in 2000. They would set every Saturday on the corner of Auten Rd. & 933 N. On August 4, 2010, Fisher’s Tips -N- Chips BBQ (aka Fisher’s BBQ) moved to the Country Bake Shop on the south side drive of the building. What makes us unique, with businesses opening and closing around the country, with COVID shutting businesses down, Fishers is still around. We are located back in our first brick and mortar at 51318 IN-933 South Bend, IN. Welcome back home to all our Fishers’ Bbq family. We say THANK YOU for your prayers & continued support, Rob & Donna Fisher is not a part of the organization on Bell Rd.

I ordered through the GrubHub app and 1 of our dinners didn’t come. The owner was super sweet and found my number and called to apologize and to offer to make it right. She also wanted to refund me the amount the dinner costs but I already did that through the app so it wasn’t necessary. The food that did come was absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to get the rib tips we didn’t get the other night later this week!!

First time coming back since they moved back on 933. Greens were great as usual. The tips?!! Awful. Tough and chewy. We loved the tips in the past. Maybe a bad batch tips time? You couldn’t even eat them. It was very disappointing for the money we spent. Even the sauce didn’t seem the same.

Good food good people I’ve known rob and Donna since i was a kid, incredible bbq there bbq chicken is so good oh and those tips are to due for quite sanitary , the prices are fair and the wait time is on the shorter side

Was in town for a baseball tournament and was looking for something around the hotels more local. We stumbled upon this bbq joint and was so glad we did. The hospitality was out of this world and the place had local charm. Had the grilled chicken and rib tips. The portions were HUGE and the food was delicious!! Wish I would’ve taken photos of the food but you won’t be disappointed!!

Whenever I come here, the owners are fantastic and the food delicious. In 2 short weeks they will be catering my wedding And i can’t think of anyone else id rather have cater!
Update: on June 26th fishers catered our wedding. It was absolutely delicious! All of our guests loved it, and it was 3x cheaper than other caterers! Highly recommend!

Expensive , Food was okay not worth the price, I like that they had one sauce , and stand behind it. Got buffet and was disappointed with chicken wings petite size, pulled chicken no pulled pork, chicken breast, ribs, rib tips, green beans w/ potatoes, corn on the cob, baked beans. Fill the styfoam container of $30.00. just buy one and share with partner. By the way Baked beans were so yummy.

This food really is good for the soul. The rib tips, kielbasa, and pulled pork are all excellent. Mishawaka is overdue for a good BBQ joint. The building and drive thru is pretty small but, hey, that’s okay, it just makes the experience more personable. I love how they’ve fixed up the building and brought some new life to this area of town. The staff is so friendly and the restaurant is clean. You just can’t beat the smell and the authenticity of the smokers going right outside. I’m looking forward to making this a regular lunch stop. I also can’t wait to try the Saturday specials.
