Placed an order for a pickup a hour after I get off work. Show up at the correct time, they haven’t even made the order yet. I know they can be busy but they had a hour to make one pizza and one crazy puff order… not recommended.

I ordered pizza the other day and had it delivered to me and person who delivered was nice, but my pizza had hair in it like not on top I pulled a hair out of it and even took pictures also my son grabbed a piece and had hair, I let them know but no help at all never ordering from here again don’t know if they are not told to wear a net or something on there hair or I do not know but that is just gross.

They are very inconsiderate, rude, slow, understaffed, and they never have someone at that front counter. God forbid they actually ever have an actual hot and ready. Pizza is very inconsistent. They don’t always answer the phone, and they never have ever cut the pizza all the way through. Customer service needs some attention. However, when they are good, they are good.

Decided to buy lunch here at the Central Point location today and I will never purchase anything from this store again. I got home opened my pizza box and it was mind blowing. It looked like they had dropped my pizza in the box. It looked like the cheese was starting to slide to one side and there was sauce all over. I didn’t even eat it because I didn’t know what they had done to it. It is amazing to me why someone would serve something like this to a customer.

What does hot and ready mean? Your sign inside says ..cheese or pepperoni ” hot and ready” so you never have cheese ready and sometimes you have pepperoni ready. So I settled for pepperoni today because I didn’t want to wait 7 minutes for cheese..I get home it is definitely not hot. And it looks like its been sitting in your warming over for 5 hours!! the reason i go to little ceasar is for the “hot and ready pizza.

Waiting at the front for 10 minutes. Came in around 7 to get ANYTHING they had ready to go. The young kid smiles and laughed and said we don’t have anything. No chicken, pizza, bread ready. What’s the point in calling it Hot N Ready? Been told not to come here, I can see why.
