Did a online order , when I got there to pick up my food I asked if I could look through my bag to make sure it was correct because the last time I ordered on line it was all wrong. He asked if I called and I said yes but no one ever answered the phone. He said he would check my order , took the bag from me went to the back brought it back and said it was all correct except the sweet heat sauce because they are out . Got home and the order was all wrong again !!! And our food was cold and definitely had been sitting under the warmer because the chicken wings were chewy…And of course no one answers their Oregon number ! Came in today and one of the managers listed to what happened last visit and was more then happy to replace the items ! She apologized and said they are working on doing better

Food was ok. The order was not correct when we got it. The pieces of chicken where ok sized. The staff that help was nice. If your going to spend over 35 buck for two people it should be what you ordered and taste great. It’s good chicken. If you haven’t been you should try them.

We recently moved here to Frederickson. Our first night here after moving for 16 hours… we were starving. I ordered the food online an hour before we were scheduled to pick it up. When we got there, it was still not ready, even with an hour notice. Sat in the lobby for another THIRTY minutes. Finally got the order and when we got home half the order was missing. If I hadn’t spent $75 I wouldn’t have been so upset. My bf went back and had to wait another 20 minutes to get the missing items. Everything was just cold and ridiculous, 2 hours for fast food? We won’t be back.

The food was good. But the customer service was terrible. The woman at the window who took our order was extremely rude. No thank you, no conversation, no smile. Nothing. My total was $4.36 for two tenders. When I got to the second window, I pulled out 4 dollar bills and was going through my change bag to get the 36 cents and the lady says through the window, with an attitude, “are you going to pay your total in change? cause i have to count that later, dont make me do that.” Money is money, whether it was 436 pennies or a $5 bill. Not everyone is fortunate enough to have bills and may only have change left, but everyone deserves to eat especially if they have the money to pay for it. It’s your job to count the money you’re handed. As long as the coins/bills are valid you shouldn’t be made to feel like your money isn’t wanted because of the form it comes it. Popeyes, you need to hold your employees accountable and check their privilege because her attitude was disgusting.

Placed an order for pickup on the app. When my husband went to get the order it was missing sides and a sandwich. We called the location to inform them we were missing items and the employee on the phone was unprofessional. When he returned to the location to obtain said items he was met with attitude and an extremely long wait for an order that should have been correct the first time.

This is my 2nd time at this location. The first time was one month ago. Their customer service is horrible. If you don’t like people, don’t work in customer service. The first time I came and ordered two large mac & cheese but when I got home it was all mashed potatoes. Today, the cashier in the drive-thru was horrible. She didn’t acknowledge the customer by saying hello etc. nor thank the customer. She forgot my apple pie. She said they were all out of mac & cheese again. Then she changed her story and said it was still defrosting. It is rush hour, everything should be stocked. Plan accordingly Popeyes. I’ll go back to the Spanaway location where the customer service is a lot of better.

The food is good, but I have yet to get my order correct… This time they left out a sandwich I ordered. Unless you’re eating in where you can go back to the counter when they mess up your order (not if, when) you can hopefully get it corrected.

Service here is horrible! Had to wait 15 minutes just to get our food! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! It seems like every Popeyes i go to is like this. We also got our food and the cheese was cold and the chicken was lukewarm.

This place was out of everything I wanted and then wouldn’t honor my coupon for a free side off the app. NO Sandwiches?? NO tenders except spicy. Chicken was okay but the sides I could have gone without. Was not happy. Threw most of it out.

This has gotta be the worst popeyes location when it comes to service provided. Every time I go to this location (which admittedly is too often given how bad my experiences here are) there is a delay of some sort. Sometimes it’s because theres 3 people trying to handle a lunch rush, sometimes it’s the employees not caring at all. I have waited 45 minutes here for a box of chicken strips, and to be honest if it wasn’t for it being an order for my boss I would have left and just accepted that my money was gone. Some of the employees are also just rude as hell, attitudes when you order, being told to wait for 5 or more minutes in the drive through when I’m the only one there, just today i sat at the second order kiosk in the drive through for 5 minutes and then reversed and pulled into the other spot, as I pulled away from my spot I was finally greeted (just my luck) but I committed and moved to the other side ONLY TO BE TOLD I HAD TO WAIT AGAIN. After waiting another minute i told them that I was just at the other stall and they said oh sorry how can we help you. So why was I waiting? Just for fun? I don’t understand why people (including myself) keep coming here. This location is the worst. The food is okay
