I work in customer service. I am a cashier. I have worked multiple places that are fast paced. At no time should you be snarky and disrespectful to a customer. I was on the phone with my partner while they ordered food and the woman manning the drive thru was very rude and snapped at him for asking about a MENU item. The breakfast bowl. Her response is “WE DONT SELL THAT HERE!” In a very very disrespectful tone. To be frank you are very lucky I was not with him and I live out of state. I would have had you fired in a heart beat. I will be contacting the restaurant myself and filing a report and contacting the corporate office.

Service Review – Location: 1800 Tarboro St W, Wilson, NC 27893 (#8A)
Today I visited this location and ordered a chicken biscuit. It’s possible I asked for the wrong thing. I entered the store to explain the situation politely and even offered to pay any price difference.
The manager came to the front responded with a noticeably hostile attitude. During this interaction, an employee a few feet away made a comment about another staff member, prompting the manager to loudly say, “How about you shut your mouth and go clock out.” I was shocked by the tone and asked if she was always that courteous. I also suggested she treat her team with more respect. Her response was, “Not when they are saying things in front of a customer.”
She then pointed to her name tag and asked if I got her name—Angela Lopez—as if amused by the idea that I might report her conduct. To the regional manager: this incident reflects a serious lapse in leadership conduct and respect. Employees deserve to work in an environment free from public humiliation and verbal aggression. I urge you to review the management practices at this location and consider whether this behavior aligns with your company’s standards.

The Bojangles in Wilson, NC, was where I stopped for breakfast on my way home from a road trip.
The restaurant was clean, and the service was friendly. I don’t have breakfast at Bojangles often, so I had to review the menu before ordering. There are many options, and lunch options could be ordered as well.
My food was prepared quickly, and I was on my way. I went with the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with bo-tato rounds. Even though the biscuit was good, those bo-tato rounds are a favorite.

Just ordered a FRESHLY cooked steak biscuit and they surely didn’t bother to disappoint. A cold steak biscuit is hard to enjoy and furthermore, they weren’t even busy. Never again at that location.

To hate all pepper, so I can’t eat most stuff. However, steak biscuits are pretty good +Egg +cheOK. Biscuits rather good. Service better than most restaurants that used to be FAST FOOD. Lots like the coffee. I prefer Folgers coffee Considering modern day lazy workers, these were pretty fast Considering huge volume of customers. Prices are in line with huge profit margins big corporations have to charge in order to give CEO’s millions per year .

10/5 850am The cashier greeted customers before and after me assuming based off my appearance, was rude impolite and unprofessional. Looked at me and said “what can I get you “. Definitely shouldn’t be judging people based off appearance given her age and occupation. Although the lady that handed me my order was polite asked if I needed anything else and I replied, no ma’am “because that’s how I was raised, regardless of how I look” and she told me to have a good day. Food was hot and my order was correct.

This Bojangles is the best. I was in a rush this morning. I did not have time for breakfast, but I was starving and I stopped here. They had a line in the drive-through at least five cars in front of me, and they took my order and had my food in my hands in less than two minutes from the time I pulled in the driveway. Lightning quick service with hot fresh food. I was super impressed this morning. This Bojangles crew should be training the other restaurants. Keep up the good work.

Every new place that first opens needs a while to sort things out and find a way to work together to be a team. This location today served KFC style biscuits.. Or also known as unbuttered and undercooked. I got an 8 piece tailgate special with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The total with taxes was 28.17… On a side note the “Boxes” section “8 piece and 4 biscuits” only costs $15.21 at this location so I AM COMPLETELY DONE WITH DOOR DASH AS THEY HAVE THIS EXACT ITEM LISTED AS $19.11 ..UPDATE: it has been 3 days and my entire family has been sick on the toilet since eating this meal. #2 Been awhile and we thought they would have gotten better by now but no such luck. Before the chicken was undercooked and now it’s overcooked to the point it’s chewy and dried up. $30 down the drain. The breasts were the size of a thigh and the thighs were the size of a wing. Oddly enough the drumsticks were ok. We can’t afford to lose any more money at this location. It doesn’t seem like they even care which is even worse. We love Bojangles but we won’t go back to this location. Lamm Rd may make mistakes with the orders but at least their food is edible. I’ve added pics this time but they’re not very good. You can’t truly see the extend of damage to these poor chicken parts.
#1 Asked twice if there were 3 breast pcs in the 12 pc tailgate. Yes. Got our box and there were only two. Went back. Then the chicken wasn’t thoroughly cooked…. grouse! Ordered a picnic bo-round they weren’t ready so we had to wait. 15 minutes later they brought out an individual pack. We told them we ordered the picnic size and they said we don’t have that on our menu…….seriously after a 15 minute wait?? Shouldn’t they have mentioned that to begin with. All it is is a double order of the individual pack. Why do other Bojangles have them and this new one doesn’t. How hard would it have been to do two individual orders after making us wait sooo long..
