This restaurant is such a hidden gem! Their smash burgers are AMAZING. The gentleman working had the most professional customer service. They also had games to bring to your table that made our dinner fun! Overall 10/10 experience.

While visiting Destin we gave this place a try and let me tell you it did not disappoint! This has to be the best street tacos we have ever had! We got the chicken and steak street tacos, queso & our daughter got a smash burger. The owners and employees were SO kind. The food was very fresh and the service was above and beyond. This is one of those places that you can tell the owners pour their heart and soul into every detail from the decor, service and food!

Words cannot do this place justice. This is our second year coming here for my birthday and anniversary trip to Destin. The couple who own it have been so kind and go out of their way to make sure we have the best experience possible. She even makes us a pancake according to our anniversary year. This year it was a “2”. My mother visited with us this year and she cannot stop talking about how good and authentic the food was. We cannot wait for next year to come back.

Of the 8 Mexicans restaurants I’ve tried in Destin, this one has the least expensive and tastiest tacos of the bunch. Exceptionally clean on the inside and everything tastes phenomenal.
The $7 strawberry lemonade seems expensive at first but it’s worth it for quantity and quality.
Staff were also very friendly and punctual. Incredibly pleasant!

Papi’s Mexican Restaurant is a gem! I had the steak and shrimp burrito bowl, and it was absolutely bursting with flavor; perfectly seasoned and satisfying. Service was so good to the point I forgot to take pictures of the menu , literally there’s choices of pancakes for kids, there are scrambled eggs, burgers, and tacos for anyone that’s there to go. This place’s menu is giving for breakfast and brunch. I without a doubt think there’s potential for expanding the menu for more lunch choices. The service was 10/10 very attentive and friendly. Key note – you gotta order in the front. Food was great taking into account the amount of staff they had one would think good food would take long, yet that was not the case. The atmosphere was very friendly and cozy as well everyone was nice and chill. To the girlies that love a good restroom, this is it, especially that big mirror for the fit checks and so is the atmosphere it’s very aesthetically pleasing.

We visited on an August Friday around 3. There was no wait. They have both Mexican Fare and Smash Burgers. We opted for Mexican.
My husband had the steak fajitas bowl. He said it had really good flavors. I had the BIG quesadilla with chicken. It was really tasty (I wasn’t feeling too hungry). I took 1/2 of it home with us. I also had their homemade lemonade which was delicious.
We live within driving distance, and will visit again when in the area. They also serve breakfast.
