We came here before they made changes but I wanted to leave a review about our experience. I got a cold brew coffee with tahini and caramel and it was really good. We them ordered the toum caesar salad with halloumi, and the labneh and they were both fantastic. So much flavor in all the dishes. The knafeh pancake was my absolute favorite but we had to take most of it to go because it was too much food for 2 people. I will add the service was pretty slow on that Sunday morning because it took a long time to get our orders in, I had to remind them about the coffee a few times and then getting the check too a while too.

Cute little spot for dinner with quick service!
The good:
Bettenjan bi tahina: So flavorful! Loved all the sauces, and the dish came together beautifully — healthy food with great presentation.
The not-so-good:
Portion sizes were quite small, so we left feeling a bit unsatisfied.
The sumac spritz tasted mostly like sugar water with barely any other flavor.
Overall, a nice place if you’re looking for healthy options, though it would be great to see some chicken kebabs for non-vegetarians and falafel choices for vegetarians.

The food here is phenomenal. I’ve never had such creative fusion flavors that are both new and familiar. They have Mediterranean / Palestinian standards but with a twist; the flavor combos are so clever and they always taste amazing. They have slightly different menu items for dinner vs brunch so I’d really recommend trying both for the full experience. My favorites are too many to name but honestly you can’t go wrong—but the pancake is definitely top notch. Other favorites include the toum fries, the lentil soup, rotti wrap…actually you know what everything is good. I really don’t think you can go wrong. They also have vegetarian and vegan options, as well as other dietary restrictions options. Parking can be found on the street, though might be crowded during peak hours. I wish they were open more days of the week, it’s only Thursday – Sunday for now, but maybe in the future that will change…?

Struggled with how to rate this one. Really delicious food, excellent service and a nice place for sure. My only hesitation is that it is LOUD. My partner and I could barely hear each other across a small table. But if you are here when it’s not busy I’m guessing it is a great place to visit. The food and service pushed me to 5 stars it was that good….

Such a great brunch spot. The menu is full of super interesting and unique dishes. The Japanese sweet potatoes were addictive. They have super fun coffee options. The servers were very attentive and knowledgeable. The interior was super cute, bright and colorful. We were so full so we didn’t have room for desserts but they had a very intriguing spread. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, unique brunch spot. It’s located in a cute part of town too!

I got my food to go. Ordering from the website was easy. The lamb bowl was delicious with a large quantity of fall apart lamb, tasty roasted potatoes, pickled onions that help cut through the richness of the lamb, flavorful rice topped with garlicky toum and crisp. A side of fries with loads of garlic, a bit of that yummy toum and spicy ketchup was delicious. A Knafeh for dessert was the best ending, sweet, crunchy and cheesy topped with pistachios and syrup. I will be returning often.

Hands down the best brunch I’ve had in a few years. We got a wide selection – Turkish eggs, round fries, mansaf roti and the kunefeh pancakes along with a two drinks.
The mansaf roti was perfection with a hint of freshness with the mint, the fries were seasoned to perfection and I can’t even begin to describe how delicious the pancake was.
It’s extremely busy so I recommend getting a reservation!

Pleasantly surprised to find that everything we had tasted just as good as it looked. Expected there to be too much focus on aesthetics and making everything pretty for photos, but all dishes were quite good.
Service was good and friendly, the atmosphere was bustling, and the new digs are cute. It’s heavily brunch centric, but there are some more lunch dinner items.
Wish they had a beer and wine license, some natty skin contact would go great.
Review to be updated if experience changes.

Cute and Aesthetically pleasing restaurant.
I bookend this place for a goal Sunday brunch and everyone loved it. At first some of the ladies were nervous as to what to order since it was all our first time and we weren’t familiar with some of the ingredients but after looking at reviews we opted for several different dishes that we all shared.
Drinks:
Rose brûlée
Tahini caramel cold brew
Date latte
Pot of tea
Food:
Mezze sampler
Baklavah French toast (must try if you like sweets)
Shuka-quiltes(their version of chilaquiles and super tasty)
Baba’s breakfast
We also ordered the knafeh pancake but didn’t get to try as it came out too late and we were already done eating.
At that time they were also not serving alcohol but i believe the waitress said you can BYOB (not 100% sure)
Other than that we all truly enjoyed our brunch experience here and will be back!
Note: max reservation is 8 people anymore than that you have to book as a “private event “

I had wanted to check out Lulu for months and finally had the chance to visit for breakfast. I was blown away! We arrived around 9:30 AM without a reservation and were seated right away. My partner and I ordered the Shukaquiles (Middle Eastern chilaquiles) made with pitas, a delicious sauce, and the Japanese sweet potato (not pictured), a perfect mix of sweet and savory. However, the star of the show was the knafeh pancake, made with shredded fillo and sweet cheese in the center, and topped with orange blossom syrup and pistachios. It was absolutely delicious—I almost licked the plate!
The restaurant’s aesthetic was very appealing, and our server was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back soon!
