The nicest bunch you ever want to come across but a little slow but to be fair, low on help so it is to be expected. Nice & very pleasant atmosphere…additional stores behind it if you’re looking to get some shopping done. Great way to kill 2 birds with one stone.

Absolutely horrific customer service. Never had a worse experience at a coffee shop before. Manager and the new employee were being rude and kicking us out even though we bought food simply because we also bought food from the place next door. When they gave us our order they threw it at me. Didn’t even say “welcome in” or anything (aside from Jessica. Only reason they didn’t get a worse score) would absolutely not recommend this place.

Very nice place to get together. However, there needs to be a better system for watching the cash register and getting names on the cups. Not really a place if you want calm (at least the 15ish times I’ve been there). Still, it’s a clean and inviting place.

If I’m paying $7 for a coffee, the least they can do is get it right. Everytime I come to this specific starbucks, they make it a different way and it’s annoying. Avoid this location if you want your $7 coffee to be made correct

Horrific customer service, they took my order which was about 5 pieces and gave me 4 of them. When I asked about the remaining piece they told me I didn’t order it. I showed them the receipt and the billing from my card and then after that they told me that this item is not available, they didn’t return my money nor gave me the product. Worst Starbucks point ever.

I usually come in this establishment when I’m visiting. I asked for a Mocha Latte Frappacino with no whipped cream and 5 pumps of vanilla.
Instead of following directions to make it the way I asked. All three times tasted TERRIBLE!
THE first one was was a mocha latte. I did not ask for that. The Second one was a mocha latte with no 5 pumps of vanilla, taste Blahh!
3rd was was made only it did not have the taste of 5 pumps of vanilla.

I have made an order at this Starbucks via drive through, there is a turn which goes directly to the pickup window which skips the intercom. Not knowing that, I took that dreadful turn and arrived at the pickup window. I have explained the situation to the person at the window, and, they did take the order for 2 Frappuccinos. 3 minutes later a different person came to the window and apologized about my order, supposedly they ran out of whip cream, and every single ingredient they needed to make 2 different Frappuccinos. I said okay, and asked for a refund. And did a mobile order for those same exact drinks at this same Starbucks location, which went through without issues and my drinks were made for me 7 minutes later. Now you know why this location gets 1 star. No people skills, maybe some discrimination against me and my significant other? Maybe something even deeper and worse than that. The worst experience I had in the last 7 years.

I used the drive thru early in the morning the other day and ordered a coffee, but had an issue with the Starbucks app. Gina was the person taking the orders/cashiering and she helped me with my order. She was very friendly and I got my order right away! Amazing customer service!!

Winter was extremely rude when she lectured me about Starbucks policy and refused to top off my refresher. I get it, policy change etc. But this was after a 20 min wait in the drive thru after being told I should come inside and get the drink (which I ordered on the app and picked drive thu.) After stating I was handicapped and that wouldn’t be doable, I received a sigh from the person working the speaker.

This has always been one of my favorite locations and Winter ruined it for me. After she angrily said she would do it, she told me she wouldn’t do it again. That’s cool Winter…I won’t be back to this location again.
