Piada Italian Street Food is a win every time I come to this location
I ordered the Carbonara Pasta with extra sauce, customized with penne instead of noodles and extra roasted red peppers, and it was fire. The sauce was rich and creamy, the penne held the flavor really well, and the roasted red peppers added that extra layer of sweetness and balance that made every bite amazing.
The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. Staff was attentive and made sure everything came out exactly how l ordered it. Love how they engaged with all the customers making orders.
The ambience was clean, modern, and relaxed, making it a great spot whether you’re dining in or grabbing food to go.
Overall, great food, smooth service, and a comfortable vibe.

I went in for afternoon order and was greeted by Chef Morgan with a huge smile and top tier service! My food was freshly prepared and hot and tasty! I wasn’t even going there but stumbled into a pleasant surprise. Also, as a university student, I’m so glad you have student specials. We were on a roadtrip and Houston was one of the stops. When you’ve had access to little healthy/fresh food all day, this place is a must! The portions are more than enough, the line moved quickly, and it’s very reasonably priced. They even mixed my husband’s salad for him. Chef Morgan and the other girl working behind the counter (can’t remember her name, sorry!) were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Super quick service! Came to grab a bite while I waited in the Texas Children’s emergency room. Such a quick walk and trip overall. Staff took care of me right away. Piada Wednesday’s were the highlight of my week in college so it was very nostalgic haha! Ordered the Carbonara with spaghetti and grilled chicken.
