I’m highly disappointed at the fact that no one could resolve my issue this evening! Order was delivered at 1127p I snapped this photo at 1131p and called at 1133p . I ordered pizza and cinnamon twist dessert bread. If this location doesn’t close until 1 AM I am so confused as to why my corrected order could not be redelivered to me. The bread is supposed to come with eight pieces I received 2 1/2 three pieces. I immediately called because when I ran back to the door, the delivery driver had already pulled off. Chandler answered the phone and could only offer me a credit to my account or to call a manager in the morning to get this resolved? What is that!!! I explained to him that I I am a CDL truck driver and I have no more drive time hours. That is the only reason I did not pick up my order. I had just gotten off the road and couldnt drive thats why I opted for delivery . Needless to say that it completely ruined dinner for me and my family to eat what I ordered, especially after being on the road for 10 1/2 hours from our drive down from Maryland. I will be calling in the morning to get the situation rectified because this was poor customer service. I wasn’t even offered the option for them to bring back the correct dessert I was told no by Chandler. I was also told no to a refund, which is insane when you guys are responsible for my order being messed up. Like if you didn’t have enough of them, I should’ve been contacted to say you didn’t have that item available. If they dropped or spilled during delivery again, it should’ve been communicating to me and the situation rectified. But that’s no problem. I was told the manager‘s name is Sarah so I’ll be giving her a call in the morning.

I received my pizza order a moment ago, and unfortunately, it is in terrible condition and clearly burnt. I am extremely disappointed, especially since I both tipped for this service and paid an additional fee for expedited delivery. This quality is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your customer service. I expect a full refund for this order.

I had a great experience Tyler has great customer service he called me to let me know there was a big order in front of mines and I would have a longer wait. I did not mind waiting because he communicated with me. I was very pleased how he completed the big order on top of my order. Tyler you are the best keep up the great work.

Waited to be attended to for a coupon due to the worker behind counter being new. The manager was standing in the back talking on the phone with an airpod in the entire time. She was making fun of the new person not even attempting to help with the situation, and instead telling the new worker to do it and get it together. Meanwhile, she’s standing there doing nothing and paying no attention to surrounding situations. Overall, rude to the staff member who’s new, and rude for not helping me as a customer. Ultimately left because if this phone call is more important than a customer, i’m happy to not give you my money. So, if you ever see a girl with a puff and an airpod in her ear in the back… just know you’re not getting assisted.

I went there and there was 3 people ahead of me waiting for their orders. They were some people waiting almost an hour. I ordered online and made my pick up time at 5:30 pm on the website and then realized I needed it by 5pm so I called them. They said they would have it ready by 5pm. But when I wait there they apologized but made me wait 30 minutes. I was late to my event and my pizza came out burnt. It is not tasty and I would never in a hundred year recommend this Dominos ever. Very disappointed and I am disappointed.

If this only happened once I would not be writing a review because anyone can have a bad day. But the past 2 times I’ve placed an order on the app, it will quote 15-20 min for carry out. I arrive to find my pizza has not even been started and the actually wait time is 50-60 minutes, leaving me waiting for an unacceptable amount of time.
The employees do not seem to know what they are doing. It does not appear anyone is in charge and there is zero civility. I’ll be choosing another location next time and hope this one is able to rectify this continued behavior.

Originally my order was made incorrectly so I went back to have this fixed and unfortunately the employee remade it incorrectly again. I was so annoyed but he ended up going above and beyond to fix his mistake, I will be back thank you!

It was the day before my Birthday. My wife and I usually order NY style pizza from chain restaurants like Johnny’s Pizza and other brands that are lesser known. Friday, September 12, 2025, I told my wife that we should try a brand that we don’t normally try. She warned me not to poke the bear. I said it would be ok, it’s only one meal. I searched for pizza deals near me. The Domino’s Pizza $9.99 pizza with any toppings deal immediately pulled up. I thought, this is too good to be true. I logged into my old Domino’s Pizza account, and sure enough, the deal was real. I began to build an order for pickup. My selections were NY Pizza style crust, regular tomato sauce, Extra Cheese, Pepperoni, mushrooms on the side only, feta cheese on the left side, and parmesan cheese on the left side too. We chose to drive the 12 minutes to pickup our pizza instead of bothering to have it delivered. When I got to the restaurant, the location was busy and I looked up and saw a digital video screen that showed my name as number 8 in a list of names, and that my pizza was in the oven and would be ready in 1-5 minutes. This really impressed me. Instead of waiting inside, I went back to the car to tell my wife how impressed I was with the operation. After 5 minutes of radio and small talk with the wife, I went back into the shop to receive my pizza. One worker asked my name, she looked at a stack of boxes and repeated my name and did not see it, but, one worker was cutting a pizza and boxing it up. The two workers quickly determined mine was the one that was in the process of being boxed up, worker number 1 gave me the freshly baked pizza and I left thinking that I was going to prove my wife wrong. After we got home and opened the pizza, we were saddened to find no extra cheese, no pepperoni, no mushrooms, no feta, and no parmesan cheese. She ate one slice and tossed another slice away, I ate two slices hoping to find evidence of pepperoni or mushrooms beneath the cheese. It was by far one of the worst pizza experience of my 720 months, 3,130 weeks and 5 days, and 21,915 calendar days of life. I am only writing this because one mistake can make a life altering experience to the people around you. Please endeavor to do your best at whatever you choose to do in life.

I placed an order pretty late at night for pickup, when I came in I was greeted by Ryan who was very friendly. Pizza was awesome especially at 11:30pm 🙂 Thank you!
