Ever since we moved to the area, Soya has been our go to spot in Minnesota for sushi. They’ve got all the classic rolls plus some really good specials, and their hibachi is amazing.
We’ve been coming here as a family for years and the owners always treat us with so much kindness, you can tell how hard they work and how much they care about the restaurant.
My personal favorites are the #9 roll and the Crunchy Roll, and their nigiri is great too (definitely try the eel). The fried rice with yum yum sauce is so good.

Sushi lunch is my all time favorite! Soya is my new go-to place. Great atmosphere, service and the sushi was excellent. Dined by myself, but on a cold rainy day the hot sake was the perfect starter. The lunch sushi, chefs choice with a spicy tuna roll was really nice. Big pieces on the nigiri and the tuna roll was just the right amount of spice. A Kirin to wash it down was perfect. I’ll be back.

Every time I step into the restaurant, I am greeted with warm smiles from the staff, who are always eager to make my dining experience comfortable and enjoyable.
But let’s talk about the food – Soya has undoubtedly some of the best sushi in town! The ingredients are always fresh, and the rolls are perfectly crafted. Every bite feels like a burst of flavors in my mouth, and I can never get enough of it. I especially love their Mexican rolls – they are simply delicious!
And if that’s not enough, their service is exceptional. The staff is always attentive to my needs, and they make sure that everything is perfect throughout my meal. They also provide great recommendations, which helps me explore new dishes.
Overall, I would highly recommend Soya to anyone looking for a top-notch sushi experience. I eat there at least twice a month, and every time, I leave with a smile on my face and a satisfied belly. Thank you, Soya, for always delivering such great food and service!

Amazing sushi and good prices too. I went for lunch special and it was very high quality. Service was amazing and fast. They even gave a free dessert because it was my brother’s birthday. I can’t wait to come back!

It was just an average meal. When Chef’s choice on sashimi and nigri just means mostly salmon, tuna, and shrimp, then to me, it’s average. Cuts and sushi were prepared well, I was just expecting more. The spicy sushi roll was delicious. Ginger on the salad was great.

Soya Sushi & Grill is worth a visit. The food is prepared in a reasonable amount of time and the prices are also good. Presentation is attractive. Everything we had was fresh.
We ordered Cream Cheese Wontons, an Avocado Salad, and a couple sushi rolls. We also had Hot Tea and a Plum wine.
I really appreciate their service. Very sweet and attentive hostess. I also made some small talk with who I believe was their Taisho. The quality and attention to detail is superb. I look forward to coming back and trying even more of the menu.

First time here and will definately be back! Happy hour deals allowed us to try a little bit of “everything”. Sushi was delicious and fast to table. Service was prompt and friendly. Dishware was super pretty and unique as well.
