My husband took me here and I love the food, especially is cheeses curds. Would love to go back later to try other foods and watching the magic show one day .

Every time I come to Green Room it just hits! Their burgers are juicy, packed w/ flavor, & cooked to perfection. The vibe inside was super chill too, good lighting, & a friendly staff. They had “Kingpin” w/ Woody Harrelson playing which honestly just made it even better for me, but anyway… I could go on & on about the burger but take a look for yourself.
Do yourself a favor & try one of their burgers

If you want a solid burger, this is the place to go. Their burgers are seasoned perfectly with all the basic toppings without unnecessary frills.
The new chef Ben added BBQ chicken sliders to the menu, which looks meh at first glance but has so much flavor and tastes fantastic. Wednesday bartender Ashton is also amazing, great customer service and friendly.
Currently they are open until 8pm, but I was told they would eventually extend the kitchen hours to 10. They have imrpov, jazz and other live shows in their big theater space AND have a patio space as well.

Granted this was my second visit. My first visit didn’t go so well because my burger & bun was overcooked. So I called back talked to Shane and said he take care of me on my next visit. Well when I got there today he was just as nice as he was on my first visit. He even graciously replaced my tots although I told him the tots were fine. Thanks Shane and I will be back.

Wish they would change the name of this place. Use to be a KC gem and it’s clearly under new ownership. They use to have unique out of this world burgers and hand cut fries. The fiddler fries were a staple of my 20’s. They have a build your own burger kind of menu now and the fiddler fries looked like burger king fries with hardly any bacon, pickled jalapeños and a fried egg that looked like clip art. I can’t even describe how disappointing it was to come back here and see the quality of food go down so bad.

Their burgers used to be phenomenal… so I was looking forward to today, until the food arrived. I guess management changed at some point while I’ve been traveling for work over the past few years, but what we were served today was disgusting! You could barely pick the burgers up, they were drowning in sauces, and served cold. My brother threw his away after 2 bites. Trash. There was so much sauce I had to put down 5 layers of napkins just to have a place to set it down. Who wants a burger cold & drenched?! What happened to y’all?

I just like it here!!! The vibe, the food, the service, the beer….its great. The 3 of us had burgers…the brownfield with goat cheese and fried egg…the original Tom and the forty-ten. We all lived them!!!! The green room Scottish Ale at room temp was amazing!! You must go there….you won’t regret it. Oh, by the way…Kyle made a great malt… we lived it!!!!

So I called a few places in KC looking for a good burger joint that would wrap my burger in lettuce well no one had it (they all use shredded lettuce even though the advertised pics of whole lettuce leaves on their burgers ) however I called Green Room Burgers & Beer and just like that I’ve been hooked had them 4 times just this week the triple burger wrapped in lettuce is my favorite (not a buns fan) & my fiancé is hooked on their quad burger. Listen I am not a burger fan but this place has without a doubt changed my views on burgers!

Back in KC to see friends and popped in here for lunch. Great selection of local craft beers, on tap and bottled, and a really good smash burger. I suggest their rascal sauce (it’s like a mayo aioli with a bit of spice, but not too hot) for their tots or fries but you can get it on your sandwich also. I heard it’s great on their chicken sandwich. Great atmosphere, great service. I’ll definitely stop in next time I’m in town.

☐ I’ve had more memorable naps

I recently visited Green Room, and while the menu may be limited to burgers and chicken sandwiches, the experience left a positive mark overall. The chicken sandwich I ordered was good – moist and flavorful. The fries were a delight, with a perfect balance of crispiness and seasoning that added an extra layer of satisfaction to the meal. I opted to dine on the patio which was really nice. It provided a relaxed setting, making the meal even more enjoyable. The staff went the extra mile in providing menu suggestions, showcasing a genuine interest in ensuring a positive dining experience for us. This personal touch added a welcoming and friendly atmosphere to the visit. One practical aspect that often goes unnoticed but greatly contributes to a positive experience is parking, and Green Room excels in that department. With plenty of parking available, it eliminates the stress of finding a spot and allows patrons to focus on enjoying their meal. If you’re in the mood for burgers or chicken sandwiches, this place is a solid choice. The good food, comfortable patio seating, friendly staff, and easy parking make it a worthwhile spot for a satisfying, reasonably cheap, and hassle-free dining experience.
