I had a great experience with the Williston Jimmy John’s recently. I placed an order online and completely forgot to change the time on the order to the following day when I needed it and instead placed it for the day I ordered. I called about the order the following day and was informed of my mistake. I felt terrible and of course was happy to pay for the meal I never picked up and Jimmy John’s was still able to get my order ready when I needed it. When I went in to pay, they told me they had compensated my entire order as they understand things happen. I was so extremely grateful and did not expect that at all. So so appreciative, thank you Jimmy John’s!!!

I absolutely love Jimmy John sandwiches. They are always delicious! The customer service is amazing! The one time I had a small problem Nancy fixed it freaky fast!! When I called to ask for assistance she was already on my order and knew who she was talking to. It’s rare to get such customer service!! Love it here!! Thank you Nancy!!

The food was good and employees were kind and helpful. HOWEVER, why does the music need to be so loud? This makes the workers have to shout to each other while making food and in turn is a vicious cycle of what can be the loudest. Cannot even hold a decent conversation with someone sitting across from you. My advice? Get your food to go
