My wife and I did a staycation and it was across from the Nobu Hotel.
I had eaten at Nobu before and we were looking for breakfast. We went to the cafe by the Caesars lobby. It was noisy and the prices were not much lower. My wife and I watch Bobby Flay on various shows so we decided to try it. It was so good the first day we came back the next. I had the French toast and a side of bacon. My wife had the croque and a glass of OJ.

The French toast was excellent but not too sweet. Her croque was flavorful but dense. She was full and could not finish. The bacon was excellent but a bit high at $15 for 3 strips. The OJ was only $7 and so was the coffee but well worth it. The coffee was not bitter.
We are local and the prices were not much higher than the tavern breakfasts we normally have.

The bar service was also excellent.
We will be back before this year is over.

Absolutely impressed. Been coming to Vegas for a decade and always trying different restaurants. Caesars has a strong lineup and this one is no exception. Service at the bar was fantastic (Cesar is a talented bartender). The seafood is fresh and delicious. The prices were very approachable. Best meal of the week for sure.

It have a calm and comfortable dining environment, making it suitable for a relaxed meal and quiet conversation. The atmosphere is pleasant and well balanced, neither crowded nor noisy.

The oysters are notably fresh. The liquor is clear and abundant, the meat is plump, and the texture is firm. The aroma is clean and inviting, reflecting good sourcing and careful handling.

The steak is well prepared. The grill is done nicely, giving the meat a good sear without overpowering its natural flavor. The meat itself is tender and enjoyable. The small fries are also well executed, crisp and satisfying, and serve as a fitting accompaniment to the steak.

Overall, this restaurant delivers a consistent and refined brasserie experience. It is a good choice for diners who appreciate a calm setting, quality ingredients, and well executed French classics.

Went for their lunch special which was a petit salade verde, steak and frites (added 2 eggs), complimented with a lemon Meyer margarita. Food portion was a good size and prepared well given the lunch special price point. Overall a very good steakhouse; just a notch under Peter Luger around the corner.

We visited Brasserie B for my partner’s birthday dinner, on a whim. He was indecisive about where to go, so we passed this place while walking through Caesar’s and booked a reservation here solely on vibes. I ordered the spice-crusted bone-in ribeye and it was delicious! If you like a little sweet spicy moment, this steak is for you (or you and a friend, because the damn thing is a massive 21 ounces…) He also enjoyed his filet mignon. Our macaroni side and chocolate cake dessert were also lovely. Our server attended to us with the perfect cadence. It’s moderately pricey (was about $500 for two people, after gratuity) but what do you expect for a quality restaurant right on the Las Vegas Strip? And we could have been cheaper by not ordering a bottle of wine or the $120 steaks but it was a birthday so no thanks. 🙂 I would gladly recommend Brasserie for a fine dining experience on The Stip.

This restaurant, located inside Caesars Palace. Honestly, I didn’t expect much at first — usually when a place has many branches, the quality tends to drop. But I was pleasantly surprised!

My husband ordered steak and eggs, and he said the steak was juicy and perfectly cooked. I had the crispy chicken — it was absolutely perfect! Super crispy, not greasy at all, and full of flavor. It came with a French onion soup that was also delicious — rich, flavorful, and one of the best I’ve had (and that’s hard to find!).

The fries were great too. Overall, it’s a calm and pleasant spot to enjoy a meal. The prices are what you’d expect for a restaurant inside a Las Vegas hotel, but totally worth it. I truly recommend this place!

While in Vegas for our national sales meeting, I suggested dinner at Brasserie – and wow, no one was disappointed! Everything was absolutely delicious. For apps, we shared the duck and steak tartare—not a bite left behind. For main entrees, I went with Bobby’s Spice-Crusted Bone-In Ribeye, and let me tell you, it was one of the juiciest steaks I’ve had all year—easily top 5. My colleagues ordered the fish entrée, small but packed with flavor, and the pork chop, which was a great size and cooked to perfection. Zero complaints. And this group of ladies know good food – especially ME. We added shareable sides: mac and cheese, baked potatoes, and spinach. The mac and cheese was EVERYTHING. I only had a few spoonfuls, your girl is watching carbs, but it was creamy and full of flavor. The spinach was spot-on—perfectly cooked, not too salty or garlicky.
And dessert? Next level.
If you’re at Caesars, Brasserie is a must. Honestly, I was starting to think I was hard to please after a week of unimpressive meals, but Brasserie changed that. Highly recommend!

We loved it. We got the scallops, ribeye and pureed potatoes. Delicious. I wouldn’t put peppers on a steak but they were very good. I’d say the ribeye was in the top three of steaks I’ve had at restaurants. We went to Giada’s after this and thought it was even better. Sorry Bobby. This was still excellent but if your only going to splurge on one, I’d pick Giada’s.

I’m really shocked that I had a poor experience at this restaurant. I dined at Bobby Flay’s Mesa Restaurant years back and had quite a good meal. This felt completely different. I ordered the lobster tail as recommended by the bartender since I did not want to pay $130 market price for the 2 lb lobster shown on the website. As you can see from the photo, the tail was not seasoned at all and did not come with any kind of drawn butter or anything! The best thing was the bowl of mashed potatoes that were actually prepared properly. Upon another recommendation from the bartender, I tried the Apple crisp dessert. Surprisingly, I found a hair in my dessert! I was just really disappointed about the quality of this meal considering Bobby’s reputation. I’ve had a lot of fine dining experiences in different cities and this was not the best. It might be due to poor management, so I do recommend that Mr. Flay looks in on that. All in I paid $120 for the lobster tail, mashed potatoes, hairy apple crisp, and a week dirty martini. I’ve learned my lesson that in Vegas the best food is found off the strip.

While visiting Vegas for the Mr. Olympia we decided to head to the strip for dinner. We didn’t have reservations and wandered around until something sounded good and they had room for our table of 2. The restaurant was not busy at the time, around 8PM. We were seated immediately and our server(I believe Dylan was his name) was very accommodating and super personable. Everything we ate came out quickly, freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Impressing this foodie. We would definitely come back! We had the Gorgonzola dip and chips for appetizer, salmon and hangar steak with chimichurri and a baked potato and the chocolate mousse for dessert. It was a splurge for us bodybuilders and it was worth it in every way. Highly recommend!
