Four of us sat down and had egg drop wonton mixed soup, it was very good. We ordered 4 meals – I had Bourbon Chicken that was delicious. Everyone was very happy with our meals and they were delicious and we had very generous servings. Our waiter, Kevin was pleasant and attentive. I will definitely be coming back to Sunrise Asian. They also had a very busy take out service going on. That speaks for itself. I recommend this place without reservation. ENJOY!!

I have never done something like this before: felt compelled to write a review of something so quickly. We just ordered delivery from this restaurant for the first time. I have to say it was amazing! Some of the absolute best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The portion sizes are generous. The high quality of the food is evident in every bite. The flavors were spectacular! We’ve had food from Sunrise a few times over the last several years when visiting my parents in The Villages. This was our first time dining in. It was Christmas day, and we appreciated that they were open and had a variety of vegetarian options to suit our needs.
The food is okay. Not great. It does the job but was missing some flavor we’d hoped for. We had vegetable how mein, vegetable fried rice, and vegetables and tofu in brown sauce. All serviceable, but nothing “wow.”
It’s also awfully bright in there, with just a few small tables in their dining space decorated with posters of Chinese food. It’s not a great atmosphere, and you’d probably be better off getting takeout.
The food came out quickly. (Though they forgot an item which came later.) Not our greatest experience. There’s another nearby Chinese food place we’d try before coming back here.

We picked up take out New Years Day. They now have indoor and outdoor seating which we will try next time. The food was delicious. The eggrolls were the best we have had in a long time, the steamed dumplings large, full and tasty. The pork with vegetables was cooked well and tasted very good. We will be returning. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

First Chinese restaurant we’ve tried in The Villages & so glad we did. The food was fantastic. Large portions, great flavor & fresh. The staff was friendly & helpful. It’s clean inside with great decor. Highly recommend. If you are looking for vegan options, they will accommodate as well. We will be back.
