On 9/12/25. I showed up at opening time with a order for chicken tenders and sides for 25 people. There were on 4 men working including the manager and cook. While getting the buffet set, filling phone orders and other customers orders. They gave me a time in which my order would be done( 45 minutes) . It was not only done on time but they also loaded it in my car. They were amazing. Excellent customers service. The food was also great. We celebrated my grandmother ‘s 90th birthday and her favorite chicken is Hartz. I greatly appreciate those men. Highly recommend Hartz on Garth road.

Last couple of times I went there the Chicken was cold and old. I got sick off it twice. People don’t serve old cold food to your customers. Take pride in your job and cook it right. Not just give customers what ever is leftovers. Cook it fresh as it should be. Shame on yal

I don’t even want to give them any stars And the person taking my order couldn’t even comprehend what I was saying and I’m speaking very clearly he doesn’t understand English no offense but yeah never again I ordered three orders of chicken livers all of them burnt.
