On January 6, 2026, while driving home after picking up my two nieces from school, I asked them if they wanted pizza. They were so excited—anyone with kids knows how much something thatLittle Caesarsean to them. I called #littlecaesars on Madison and East Stop 11 Road to place an order. I tried ordering online first, but there was no option available, so I had to call the store directly.
I ordered two pepperoni pizzas. The employee on the phone asked if I wanted to pay over the phone, which I agreed to because it would save time. I paid in full, thinking everything was handled and we could just walk in, grab the pizza, and leave.
Wrong.
When we arrived at the store (2364 East Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, IN 46227), I told the cashier I was there to pick up my order and gave her my name. She immediately told me, “You didn’t place an order.” I explained that yes, I absolutely did place the order, called the store directly, and already paid. I even showed her the transaction on my phone and the exact number I called. She confirmed that the number and location were correct—but still refused to give me my pizzas.
At that point, I was already frustrated, so I called customer service. I spent about 10 minutes explaining the situation, only to be put on hold repeatedly—and then the representative hung up on me. That alone was beyond disrespectful and made the situation even worse.
I called customer service again and spoke to a man this time. I explained everything again. He confirmed that there was an order under my name and that payment had gone through. He tried calling the store but couldn’t get anyone to answer. I asked if he could speak to the cashier since I was standing right in front of her. He said yes—but the cashier refused to talk to him.
I asked for a manager. I was told there was no manager. I asked who was in charge that day and was told no one. There were three employees in that store, all standing there, and not one of them would take responsibility or speak to customer service. When I pointed out that customer service had been calling the store with no answer, I was told, “Our phone is not working.”
So let me get this straight:
• They wouldn’t speak to customer service
• There was no manager
• No one was in charge
• And somehow the phone wasn’t working
That is not believable. That is nothing but excuses.
This may not be about a huge amount of money, but people need to understand how hard it is to earn even one dollar these days. Some people are struggling just to survive, and situations like this feel like a straight-up scam.
That $15.13 might mean nothing to you, but it meant food for me and my nieces. It meant keeping a promise. It meant seeing my two nieces smile. Instead, because of complete negligence and refusal to take responsibility, I was left looking like I broke my word to two kids who were excited and trusting me.
I am beyond disappointed. I am angry. And I should never have been treated this way. NO its not only me, if its happened to me and no one try to solve the situation there, it could have or had happend to everyone as well!!!
